George Clooney Splits With Sarah Larson
Playboy George Clooney has called it quits with model Sarah Larson after nearly a year of dating, reports In Touch.
According to a friend of Sarah’s, the Leatherheads star recently moved out of his L.A. home while the 29-year-old former Las Vegas cocktail waitress removed her belongings.
“George is relieved to be single again,” says an insider. “He thinks Sarah is sweet and that is why it was so hard to break up with her.”
George, 47, and Sarah had struggled to make their relationship work because of their different backgrounds.
“The truth is they had little in common and he just doesn’t want to be tied down,” explains the insider.
GEORGE IS BACK ON THE MARKET, LADIES!!

What did you expect? He was only in the relationship for the sex. Those kind of relationships NEVER last for long.
wow, how bizzare and bittersweet. on a day when i should be celebrating (it’s my b-day) my favourite person in the whole world is single again. i really hope he finds someone one day.
oh and by the way, this is for the second and forth posters, what’s with the remarks about him being old or gay? the way you’re both insinuating your comments is as if you’re either (a) a closet homophobic thus the defensive comment and (b) an age discriminator. so what if he’s old - we all have parents and mentors who are old, so get over it. are you drinking fountain of youth juice or what? come up with a better insult to someone who you don’t know next time.

If you have nothing in common with your significant other, how can you make a relationship work? I could imagine the two of them sitting empty silence at the dinner table, watching tv, what did these two really have in common aside from sex? It is better to break off sooner than later, when you know it is not going to work.
Wonder if it’s true…if so, poor Sarah but George Clooney is made to be a single bachelor.
I would love for this to be true but doubtful. In Touch is an extremely unreliable tabloid. I found Sarah to be really annoying and tacky. I guess because the media shoved her down my throat. Harper’s Bazaar calling her an “it girl” on the basis she’s having sex with George Clooney really takes the cake but she sounded really dumb and arrogant whenever she talked.
I Miss Her Already
People Magazine is going ahead with it too… that means it MUST be true. Or that George Clooney is ok with us thinking it’s true. Either way, Sarah Larson is not spending the summer in Milano. No Como. George is a gentleman though. She’ll probably get to keep the clothes. And the cash. And some stocks and bonds too.
The photo shoots and the runway appearances though…all that is done. Can you believe In Touch Weekly got one right?

Thanks to Sarah, the George Clooney illusion is no more. He is not the perfect MiniVan Man. What he is though, despite the fact that he looks great in a suit, is a man who isn’t into a classy woman. Perhaps that was the problem.
With Sarah by his side, George was not successful at the box office. Leatherheads sucked ass. The MiniVan wants him single. Or married to Julia Roberts.
Looking back, given recent events, maybe the Sarah split was staring us in the face.
He booked it to Mexico last week, remember? With his boys.
Rumour has it, George likes to pay for it in Mexico. Treats them very well, leaves them expensive gifts. This way it’s all business, he’s gets off, it’s clean, and it’s over when the trip is. And much cheaper than hiring a professional girlfriend for a year.
I unlike most of you want to see George have someone fantastic in his life. . I read where he had malaria andI’m glad he pulled through that. He’s been compromised healthwise a lot the past few years and has been very quiet about that. I hope he finds someone..
A woman like that isabel Preysler that he posed with on the cover of Hola would be wonderful.
George is gay and she was a ploy to fool us . He didn’t harm her, she got great exposure….George, just come out of the closet. I guess he thinks it’s none of our business and he’s right. It’s the principle.Get back to the boys george, have fun!

He needs a real woman that shares his passion for politics , his passion for charities and his passion for life. Hes in his forties in three years he’ll be fifties.. a 29 year old woman is not sife material for a man with so much passion for change in the world. Sarah is nice but not passionate.
However, now that George is on the singles market he may want to look up that actress from Solaris he starred with. I hear she recently became a widow. I know they are really good friens and have kept close throughout the years. She would even show up to his premieres.

As a matter of fact it’s Sara who is the mini van type. George lives is freaking villa in Lake Como Italy parties in yacht’s and does niche Hollywood films. What minivan people would want to relate to that? please. mini van/soccer mom is Tom Hanks and Neil Diamond ok?
George is very much like Cary Grant in his private life. Cary eventually had his daughter Jennifer Grant when he was like 70 and was dogged by bi-sexual rumors all his life. Thankfully he didnt give a flying f about that which got him a lot of respect in the industry.

Well not bad, some free clothes, trips and 15 minutes of fame. Perhaps George learned how to use Google and finally got what everyone was talking about. She made a nice date during the busy award season, if she didn’t see this coming she should have. I wish them both well.

By minivan set, she means George’s fans, George Clooney’s fans are part of the minivan set. He is 47, the age range of soccer mom’s and other middle aged women. They ARE big George Clooney fans. Tom Hanks and Neil Diamond fans are AARP members.

she just seemed so unsophisticated….and yes, boring. george wanted and needed some arm candy for several events and screenings, and I think he envied the {Pitt/Jolie} relationship . Anyhow, as far as the gay speculation goes, perhaps..but I’m leaning more toward the fact that he’s just a man’s man…the kind that likes to hang with his buddies and think of himself a bachelor forever.
I hope George doesn’t think it’s cool to be the next Marlon Brando…..dying old and alone is sad and pathetic no matter how much of a “legend” you were in your youth….which GC needs to reallize that he isn’t getting any younger.
I liked Sarah and think she would have been great for GC in the long run.
