Hilary Duff: These Boots Are Made For Singing

Hilary Duff throws on a pair of cork-like boots and spends Tuesday afternoon at a recording studio in Burbank, Calif.

Looks like the Duffster is back in music mode and is back to recording a new album!

Later in the evening, Duff chowed down at Mr. Chow with boyfriend Mike Comrie.
