Mariah Carey throws out the ceremonial first pitch while wearing heels before the baseball game between the Yomiuri Giants and Rakuten Golden Eagles at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan on Wednesday.
The Glitter actress has been causing quite the commotion in Japan, as large crowds gather whenever she makes an appearance.
The 39-year-old singer flew out to Japan from Los Angeles along with husband Nick Cannon on Monday.
