Angelina Jolie looks lip-smackingly good on the the July 2008 cover issue of Vanity Fair, out next week. Here’s a preview:
On being pregnant with twins: “I love it. It makes me feel like a woman. It makes me feel that all the things about my body are suddenly there for a reason. It makes you feel round and supple, and to have a little life inside you is amazing. Also, I’m fortunate. I think some women have a different experience depend-ing on their partner. I think that affects it. I happen to be with somebody who finds pregnancy very sexy. So that makes me feel very sexy.”
On her international family: “When I was growing up I wanted to adopt, because I was aware there were kids that didn’t have parents. It’s not a humanitarian thing, because I don’t see it as a sacrifice. It’s a gift. We’re all lucky to have each other. I look at Shiloh—because, obviously, physically, she is the one that looks like Brad and I when we were little—and say, ‘If these were our brothers and sisters, how much would we have known by the time we were six that it took into our 30s and 40s to figure out?’ I suppose I’m giving them the childhood I always wished I had.”
On daughter Shiloh’s birth: “We were in this little hospital in Africa when Shi was born. I don’t think there was anybody else in the hospital. It was just a little cottage, the three of us. It ended up being the greatest thing…. I had a C-section and I found it fascinating. I didn’t find it a sacrifice and I didn’t find it a painful experience. I found it a fascinating miracle of what a body can do.”
On nannies never sleeping over: “We don’t ever have anybody spend the night. We may have to adjust that when the next one comes. But we do have ladies that work with us, and they’re also from different cultures and back-grounds. One lady’s a Vietnamese teacher—wonderful. One is of Congolese descent from Bel-gium. Another is from the States and is really creative and does art programs.”
On artists as parents: “Artists raise their kids differently,” she said. “We communicate to the point where we probably annoy our children. We have art around the house, we have books, we go to plays, we talk. Our focus is art and painting and dress-up and singing. It’s what we love. So I think you can see how artists in some way raise other artists.”

Some of you Jen fans need to stop writing on blogs and start a career in writing fan fictions. I am sure your target audience is out there somewhere. (By the way, I am not one of them).
I guess for some of you reading comprehension is a foreign concept that you have never learned before. Since comprehension was not your primary objective I wonder why bother commenting on a celebrity thread you seem to hate. I guess these concepts of critical thinking and clear observation, conclusive evidence are no longer taught in colleges and universities. It is clear to us JP fans that the point, perception, and context of this article have to be spoon-fed to you. But, let me make a suggestion why don’t you wait to read the whole article before passing judgment or reaching a conclusion. Instead of opening up your mouth and again proving how dumb you really are.
Beside, let us all admit it, your objective is that you hate the woman and wanted to find any excuses to hate on her even more. Just like that Tracie and Dean posters above. Come on, the both of you are nothing more than trolls and hatemongers. The oldie poster was right in saying, pain is different for everyone. It depends on your threshold level of tolerance. As for Dean, why don’t you wait to read the whole article before giving us your dissertation on what she really meant by “integrated families.” Better yet, why don’t you interview her yourself before jumping to conclusion. You people are absurd by definition alone. At least the fans are for the love and admiration of the Angie and the family. But why are you here aside from exercising your right to free speech and being a gnat. You are nothing more than an insect needed to be exterminated.

Firts time Brad and angie shared one of life’s greatest miracle, the birth of shiloh. That is one experience they won’t both forget in their lifetime.

Passing Through, I don’t think Brad and Angelina would tell the nannies and children tutors as well as bodyguards what the names of the twins are ahead of time.
A couple of immature posters at JJB had the gall to blame Jared for all the false reporting going on concerning Brad/Angelina. They need to STFU.

I didn’t say the nanny was supposedly told “ahead of time”. When SAM P originally posted the story that the twins had been born it was on MONDAY. The website said the babies where born the previous day. That would mean that more than likely the babies were already named…and presumably that’s how the nanny knew what names to tell her friend.
As for people at JJB blaming Jared…how’d they come to that asinine conclusion? Jared didn’t have a thread on it until today. The rumor was first posted here by SAM P on Monday. Thatt means the rumor was posted other places between Monday and today. So how is that Jared’s fault? I seriously doubt he reads ever post on every thread.
The JJB cracks me up anyway…the posters there STEAL Jared’s pix all the time…and now they want to blame him for something he had no control over? Talk about nerve.

I won’t comment on the article written because what she says and what they write may be altered to fit what they want to publish. They edit and move things around to get “their” point across, not necessarily hers.
At first look the picture doesn’t look much like her. I find her to be such a natural beauty and usually pictured with low key make up and hairstyling. This is more of a statement look. I am not sure I am a fan of the “thank you for the Country Music Award” hair or the bright red lips. Her natural lips, lightly glossed, are her best look and hers alone. No one comes close to duplicating that. She is still the most beautiful woman on the planet but I much prefer her usual look to this airbrushed variety.

I had a c-section too. the precedure didn’t hurt but afterwards ( getting up hours after the surgery to walk, use the restroom , etc.) was just as painful as for some women going through labor . i say that with having children you are either going to hurt before or after . no procedure is pain free .

Angie said before that she was on a morphine drip after having her C-section with Shiloh. I can’t remember now if that was the Vogue or Marie Claire interview. She said she was talking to her mother on the phone and they were both in the hospital under the same fake name and both had morphine drips and were a little loopy. I would assume she didn’t start breastfeeding right away because you can’t do that while on a morphine drip.
People who believe Angelina would give one of her wonder twins a plain middle name like JANE are not Angelina fans. JANE? Amelie jane?

I think the hens are upset that AJ is not on the cover naked, ala Demi, instead of a sexy, bedroom hair, outstanding cleavage(Pregnancy boobs) Mama Angie. Wow Imagine their fake outrage at a naked Mama Angie. Just Jared would have to power up the generator. Hens are good for a laugh or two. Bless their trollish hearts.
