What’s wrong with you people…. Men used to wear short shorts which are in fact the real shorts. Bermuda are no shorts. There is nothing gay about a man wearing short shorts! Women, let men be free to wear short shorts if they want to. This must be an American thing….

If you are freaking out about these pictures then you clearly don’t know jack about Devendra Banhart. The man is amazing. I saw him perform last night and he came out in a 70’s yoga outfit.
He is unique with a wonderful sense of humor.
I am missing the point where having some hair on your body means you aren’t talented and should be embarrassed. It is obvious that this man is pretty damn comfortable in his own skin. You all should learn from him instead of sitting there and passing judgment.

As I read on I am seriously appalled by the level of immaturity in this room. Who are you to say he doesn’t bathe? Have you asked him? Let me just answer for you, no. You assume. And who are you to say he is classless because he doesn’t conform to societies standards like all the rest of you mindless drones. He doesn’t look like society says he should look. He doesn’t conform to societies standard of beauty. If you had any brains you would understand what a bold and brilliant man he is. Instead you take one look at his physical appearance and decide his is hairy and worthless. If anything you should love Natalie Portman for dating someone so different and unique. She must have fantastic taste, unlike you.
Devendra Banhart is one of the most talented musicians around today, and by far the most attractive man on the planet. His best feature is the fact that he does his own thing, and does not rely on the opinions of others in terms of how to dress and act. Personally, I think he has the best style and I think every man could take a lesson from him.. Men today are so clean cut and all dress the same.. They look so materialistic.. such consumer whores. At least Devendra has some originality.
