Socialite Lydia Heart just told OK! that she and her fellow celebutante Paris are truly different.

She then took a catty swipe at Paris‘ entire family lineage, saying, “I’m a Hearst, not a Hilton!”

Well, she has a point, I live in NYC and the hearst girl has a column published in Page Six Mag and did just win supermodel of the year… so, I don’t like the nature of her comments, but they are true
