Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes dine at e. baldi restaurant in Beverly Hills on Friday night.
The couple was accompanied by their daughter, Suri, 2, and Katie’s parents — Kathleen A. Stothers, a homemaker and a philanthropist, and Martin Joseph Holmes, Sr., an attorney specializing in divorces.
e. baldi is a pizzeria, trattoria, & wine Bar that serves traditional Tuscan cuisine.

I can’t believe anyone (including myself) didn’t catch the “catholic divorce attorney” connection, Miapocca. A true Catholic would never be a divorce attorney. Well, that explains why she was so eager to join the cult…she never committed to the Catholic faith in the first place…she just called herself Catholic. She probably can’t even spell the word “Catholic”, much less know what the Catholic faith is about.

Tom is an idiot…he had 3 years to do something different while his career was on a downward spiral. He didn’t. His career is over. The beard never had a career before Tom, but the few small roles she did have, are a thing of the past. Now, she’s 2000 miles away for a small part in a bway play that was bought by Tom. Tells me he’s wanting her away from him.
They probably have a couple of years left in their contract but Tom and his attorneys have found a way to get her out of LA and away from Tom. In a year or two, he’ll have full custody of Suri and Katie will never have a job in Hwood or NY again. If theirs was a real relationship and they were in love, he would never want his wife to live and work on the other side of the country. In the meantime, she’ll be caught with another man and that will make their contract void.

Also, why would she leave LA right before the move into the new house? Doesn’t make sense. Maybe for legal reasons, Tom didn’t want her to live in the house and sent her to NY. If she actually lives there she might be entitled to it (even though they’re not legally married). Katie would not leave Suri and miss living in “their” new home to have a small part in a play 2000 miles away.

and what is your problem. being a catholic does not automatically exclude one from any profession. for the record, the toughest most hard nosed divorce attorney that i know is a catholic. he is one that you want on your side in a divorce and the one you dont want to see if he’s representing your ex.

Little Suri looks cute! Seems like Katie let’s Suri’s bangs grow out and give her a ‘big girls’ hair cut in the near future. Can’t really imagine dressed up Suri having too long bangs by accident.
Too bad though that Katie signed up for a broadway production. I really was hoping she was pregnant, as she had been wearing a little more lose-fitting gowns lately. I little for Suri would be just too cute.
