Gorgeous……i didnt believe this housewarming rumor but looks like it really happened.

Wonderful family portrait. Its great to see Tom and Katie’s family are close on both sides. I love his celeb friends except Kimora Lee and Dijimon Honsou. Did I spell that right?

When you buy a Beverly Hills estate for a reported $35 million, you don’t just throw any old house warming party.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes threw a lavish, over-the-top house warming last night for more than 500 guests. The couple and their daughter, Suri, recently moved into the 10,000 square foot home with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms that they purchased last year.

The party was a who’s who of A-listers. Reese Witherspoon showed up holding hands with boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal. Kimora Lee Simmons, wearing a red cocktail dress, arrived with Djimon Hounsou. Eva Longoria Parker, in canary yellow cocktail dress, brought her sister as her date. Prince, Sean Combs, Kirstie Alley and Oprah Winfrey all attended the bash.

Many of Cruise’s former costars also came to celebrate including Tobey Maguire (Tropic Thunder), Ben Stiller (Tropic Thunder), Dakota Fanning (War of The Worlds) and Cuba Gooding Jr. (Jerry Maguire). And, of course, there was family: Cruise’s mother and sister were among the first guests to arrive.

It was no small feat pulling off this party. Crews from Town and Country events had been setting up tents in the backyard of the new TomKat compound for days. An army of valets were on-hand as were eight police officers to direct the stream of limousines that began arriving around 8 p.m.

The Cruise’s spared no expense for this gathering. Famed chef Wolfgang Puck catered the event and a full band provided entertainment. Every contingency was thought of, even an ambulance and EMT unit were on hand just in case they were needed.

Tom Cruise’s fortress and Katie’s prison is open and ready for business.

Katie was probably put on a plane for NY after the party. She doesn’t even realize whats goin on she’s so dumb. I guess they think that since the parents and siblings were there we’re all gonna believe they are the happy family. They are so wrong.. giggle giggle

The only people that came that care about either Tom or his beard is their respective families. Everyone else was there out of curiosity to see how a freak show lives. It’s like the man with 2 heads at the carnival…no one would admit it if he were a relative but every one would love to see the spectacle. Nobody in Hollywood gives a **** about Tom Cruise anymore.

Jim will eat his own words when good things will come to Tom and Katie as time passes by. I enjoyed the photos. Everyone looks so in love,happy,content and a family.

Tom will also be at the MTV awards right?

Weird and sad its close to where the Universal fire going on right now.

Call me crazy but I would rather live in a two room adobe hut with a passionate man who truly loved me than to live in a mansion with a pretentious-a$$ SOB who didn’t have a clue as to how to please a woman. Whose idea was it to lift her leg like that? “BEYOND AWKWARD” and very inappropriate. Just goes to show, money can’t buy class.

Look at Katie’s legs? OMG!!! Tom should take all of her dresses and shorts and throw them out. She should stick to pant suits. Poor girl. I’ll bet Tom didn’t get a good look at her legs until the contract had already been signed. A real man doesn’t like ugly legs or feet on his women..
