Tom Cruise play it up for the cameras with wife Katie Holmes at their housewarming party in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
Celebrity guests included: Brooke Shields, Eva Longoria-Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Kirstie Allie, Kyra Sedgwick, Oprah Winfrey, Tobey Maguire, and Victoria Beckham. Oprah’s BFF Gayle King and Jeremy Piven also attended.
Wolfgang Puck catered the star-studded event.

OMG, why do people make such a fuss about this? Let Tom & Katie enjoy their family & friends and their home! Don’t we ever host a house warming party?! So why comment on them? Let them enjoy, why shouldn’t they!
They do have more money but they are ordinary people just like you and me, and also like to enjoy life and love and want to have fun with friends and family. What the heck if some of those friends are also famous, that doesn’t mean anything! They are just friends, let them!
Why are they judged by their party, their guest list, their money?! They only want to enjoy themselves, and I would do exactly the same if I were them!

How do I kow this? Besides the photographic evidence, Spielberg and Cruise continued enying a feud and were always seen hanging out.

Which photographic evidence? Show it? And did you read what you wrote? They are ‘enying’ (enjoying?) a feud? And ‘were always seen hanging out’? Last I heard feuding people aren’t friends. And no news source, not even tabloids showed pics of them hanging out.

1. Of course they’d deny a feud. There’s more business to do as both men have loads of money to invest and one business man always could use a bankroll for a project.
2. The word ‘always’ you used means they are seen days in days out together. Haven’t seen Time or Newsweek publish pictures to prove that. And not even tabloids have printed that many pictures of them hanging together.
3. Friends fall out in a day. So is marriage. 2005 and 2006 are ancient time to 2008 in many cases, most notably in HW.
4. I never said you believe tabloids because you said you got your info from legitimate media sources. I only asked you to put out your proofs. If you can’t, and are indeed his fan only, then yes, you are an idiot or a liar. Take you pick.
1) Or maybe it was just a rumor? I mean, why couldn’t it all just ahve been a rumor? It’s a perfectly plausible, logical, rational and likely explanation rather than some convoluted theory.
2) Even if they don’t hang out as much as say Tom Cruise and Will Smith, I think occassional snapshots of the two men hanging since the feud rumor debunks it anyway.

I don’t think Brooke is an idiot for going to TC’s party. She is thinking of employment. Just like Matt Lauer, Brooke is in the business where it doesn’t pay to be someone’s public enemy, especially someone with enough money and at present heads a studio. Even if TC’s movies flopped badly (such as Lions with the Lamb), the actors (TC, Streep, Redford) still each get a paycheck. So Brooke has to forgive and make nice with Tom; her acting career has been as exciting as Katie’s, her husband does not make millions, she can only ride on her model past so long so she needs any role for any paycheck. Getting paycheck is a reality for every one rich or poor. Even Tom needs it to support his life style and his church and maintain his ego, hence the PR games, the website.
