Vanessa Hudgens - MTV Movie Awards 2008
Vanessa Hudgens keeps it cute in Diane von Furstenberg while backstage at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday in Universal City, Calif.
Both Hudgens and costar boyfriend Zac Efron didn’t walk the gold carpet but posed together backstage with Zac’s popcorn statue for Breakthrough Performance.

naomi, Karen, zanfan2, Troy, tee, cindy- in total agreement with all of you! Being sexually active is a personal choice that should be made after much thought and with the right person!! Your status should NEVER be something proclaimed from the rooftops. As soon as Selena fails, she’ll be seen as the biggest hypocrite. Her immaturity is showing in this situation. Better to have kept her mouth shut about her convictions, and stand by what she believes privately.

I’m not going to argue with any of you but as i see it with the purity rings selena and the jonas brothers are all eventually going to lose their virginity whether it be when their married or before but i do see where all of you are coming from but to me the only reason they want purity rings is because they want to be seen as good role- models for children because the older disney channel stars such as britney and lindsay ended up in rehab and jail but selena, miley, jonas brothers all want young children to look up to them if they claim they wear purity rings but what i’m saying is that their going to lose their virginity either way. But that is just my opinion and also i’m only 13.

#529 That was an interesting read Kelly. Personally I don’t know if I can see Zac endorsing Pepsi. I understand the marketing guy’s rationale and agree that he would be the perfect spokesman for the reasons given. But Zac is a pretty health conscious guy so I would imagine he even drinks soda. And if he doesn’t drink it I don’t see him endorsing it. But who knows?

Oh, Boji, Boji, Boji, you are so funny! I guess I should have thrown in how God told the minor prophet Hosea to go out and marry a harlot—Gomer— so he could let the Israelites who had strayed from His law time and time again—know he still loved them even though they were not perfect, etc, etc etc. Then you would have been REALLY impressed with me! LOL As I have said, I grew up rather strictly but I also should mention although I have studied the Bible more than some, I also went to a church affiliated college which required Bible related courses. Althoug many do not believe in anything in this day and age, I wish some would grasp the fact that humans fail miserably sometimes. It’s great to know when I do, even if everyone writes me off, the Creator of this world has not done so. And as long as I am trying and willing to learn, I get a second chance with Him.

Firstly, on reading back, I came across harsher than I intended to. I really wish Selena well and I don’t think she is bad at all (I don’t know her that well as I don’t watch disney), I just think she’s getting some bad PR advice. Hopefully, she wouldn’t continue in that vein.
Nickelback fan, of course you can always express your opinion, for a 13 year old, you’ve put across what you wanted to say decently and very well, contributing to the conversation. We welcome that here. good job.
