Gwyneth Paltrow’s Kabbalah Quickie
Gwyneth Paltrow makes a quick visit to the Kabbalah Centre in London on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old Iron Man actress is looking super pretty in pink on the July 2008 cover of Harper’s Bazaar.
Gwyn recently spoke out about Hollywood having a very short memory: “Jodie Foster was right, especially if you are a woman and especially if you are not 25. Hollywood is pretty cutthroat, and everybody has a short memory. There is always someone who is younger or hotter or prettier… Going from being a mother at home for a long time, which was the greatest time in my life, but also feel like an artist again … that was a gift for me.”

I always find it so astonishing how much she, her mom and her daughter look alike, they should play a family in movie.
But she’s totally right about the shortterm memory in Hollywood, seems like if you’ve been out for one season, nobody remembers you anymore and it’s all about the new faces. I am wondering though, if that is going to change with all the celebrity moms, who are not just contempt to set their career aside and devote their life to their kids, but manage to have it all, family and career. That’s surely a growing group. Would be nice if Hollywood became a bit more maternal, if you know what I mean, but somehow I doubt it, the standards are still very much James Bond machismo like.

Are those Lindsay or Madge’s leggings? They sure are fugly on GP. Wow, she is really trying hard to make some major come back..a few months ago she was fine wearing mommy jeans and a peacoat.
Why does she always complain of being “not being 25 years old” anymore? Angelina Jolie, Laura Linney, Naomi Watts, Susan Sarandon, Nicole Kidman, Julia Roberts….hallo?????
All those names are over 25 years old, still wanted in Hollywood, so what?! You have talent or you have not. Juliette Binoche is over 40, Monica Belluci is over 40, but I never heard they complain like what she did!!
