Nikki Cox Gives Lip Service
Nikki Cox and her big, bold lips shop at the Hermes boutique on Madison Avenue in New York City on Tuesday.
The former Las Vegas star was also accompanied by her pet pooch and her actor husband Jay Mohr (Professor Rick Payne from the hit CBS show, Ghost Whisperer).
Nikki just turned 30 this past Monday. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, COX!

hmm, I found older pictures of her and she is/was a beautiful girl - she doesn’t need the lip treatment at all and now she looks so different.

yikes she is getting even worse .. this seems to be an addiction …getting worse and worse - doesn’t she know it looks like her lips (and half her face) are squashed against a glass window?
AW! This is SO SAD! She was so cute before. Looks like some body dismorphic disorder so I sincerely feel sad for her. And whatever professional allowed or performed this on her face should have their license revoked. Her lips are insanely assymetrical and way to enormous for her face. Her eyes look tiny because all you see are those gross things. I always ponder the elasticity damage done to the lips when these girls have them stretched so young? What procedure can they have to correct the sagging lips that will certainly be brought on by such abuse so young? Get them even fuller!?! She needs to have them reapired to match her other features. I hate seeing women pursuing ginormous lips that just do not match their other features.
