Stephanie Pratt Dating Brett Novek?

While things might be strained between The Hills star Stephanie Pratt and her older brother, Spencer, her love life is great: She’s dating model/fellow reality TV star Brett Novek from VH1’s America’s Most Smartest Model.

“He’s really sweet and cute,” Stephanie tells In Touch about the guy who was spotted whispering in her ear and making her laugh at the Target Converse One Star party in L.A. on Sunday, June 1.
