Hayden and Milo’s Hug of Heroes
Everybody together now: Awwwwww!
Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia show some affection and give each other a big hug outside of Hayden’s trailer on the set of their TV show Heroes in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The now 18-year old actress recently shared the freedom of youth saying, “It’s great to be single. It’s great to have boyfriends. Or girlfriends. There are occasions when you kiss your best friend growing up, having fun and goofing about. Like perfecting your technique!”

There’s a reason as to why age of consent in the US range from 16-18, it’s because girls are fully grown around that age and it’s perfectly normal for a man his age to date them. Why do you care for anyway? In the UK, age of consent is 16 all around and loads of girls date older man, regardless of their age.
If that creeps you out, that’s fine. It’s just a bit childish. They’re both mature adults.

#59, If I knew someone 18 who was dating someone 30, I would be supportive of that person and respect the choices they made, whether I agreed with them or not. I think everyone here and elsewhere online are so quick to say that it’s wrong for them to be together because of their age difference. You are all talking about Hollywood, older guys date younger women all the time and I think that it’s wrong for people to choose this relationship to hate on. It is obvious that many of the Halo Haters are just jealous and they need to get a life. I’m happy for Milo and Hayden, because they seem happy together and as a fan, I am happy for both of them. What is wrong with it? Besides Hayden dating Milo, a guy I would see my kidneys to get close to, and the two of them being happy? I honestly don’t see a problem. It may not last, but that’s no one’s business but their’s. People seem to forge that.

I don’t think we can/should call him a pedophile, but he sems like one of those guys who will always like girls in their late teens or early 20s, no matter how old he gets. I do think the 18 - 30 year old gap is not great. Yes, it is her choice too, but no one said it is his fault in the first place.
And yes, my parents have a 9 year difference so I get that 12 years really isn’t much, and I am 23 so I’m not a ‘brat’. Even right now, I am not sure I would date a 30 year old man and I am in an established job for my age and support myself.
Yes, Hollywood is different, but it still does not come off that well.
Also, I don’t think the ‘brats’ are commenting on the age difference. In all honesty, I think younger girls would not think this is as gross as a woman who is 25 and above dating a 30 year old man. It’s that retrospective look that makes people go ‘hmm…’

There’s nothing wrong with the age, they’re both consenting adults. The only thing is he looks old and she looks very very young.
