Avril Lavigne Has an Eye on the Irish

Avril Lavigne rocks out a Public Library “Little Miss VIP” tee (available at the Kitson boutique in L.A.) at the Royal Dublin Society in Dublin, Ireland on Friday.

The Jonas Brothers opened up for the 23-year-old Canadian singer and will continue to tour with her in Europe for the rest of the month.

Ms. Lavigne continues her professional evolution, reportedly landing a lead role in a movie. She has previously had minor parts in The Flock, Fast Food Nation and also provided her voice for the animated movie Over The Hedge. Regarding the new film, she said, “I’ve got a film role coming up - something you wouldn’t expect from me, something deep and dark.”

I think that she is a great singer and I do love her music but, I do have to say that she is alittle on the “fake” side. I mean whenever she first came out she was all “I am so punk” and she was making fun of girls like Britney Spears for being “popstars” and now she is one herself so I think that she is fake but as far as talented she is that. Very talented!

I think she may be a good actress. I do like her singing and I don’t consider her punk and she never said she was, look that up on youtube, it’s something the media labeled her. Can’t wait to see her in concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
