Judging smudging. We’re the general public and posting at a gossip board. Nothing more and nothing less. Some posters comment about observing a certain celebrity. Some posters comment about the comments made by the posters observing a certain celebrity.

Happiness is different things to different people. What makes one person happy may not make another happy. That makes sense, right? Diffent people want different things in life.

If being with her makes him happy, and he’s been with her since last fall, then he should have looked “happy” since last fall and they should have looked like a more natural, consistent couple since last fall. If he’s happy and has been happy all this time, Veronica Taylor and the three hot babes in the back seat should not have happened, right? If he’s been happy all this time, he should have joined her for Christmas instead of making her look like a fool. If he’s happy, he shouldn’t have disappeared for almost seven weeks, only to resurface with her on Valentine’s Day and begin a major pap fest lasting till the end of March or April. Nice to know Wire Image was invited to share his “happiness” at meeting Miranda’s parents in Oz.

It looks like *this* is the entertainment Orlando is now providing for his remaining fans. Fair enough, as that’s his choice. An actors strike is looming, and Orlando may not have any offers coming his way right now. At least *some* people are still interested in him and talking about him.

But who are we to judge?

“the obsession analysis of his life” is on par with the obsession analysis of his nipples, his wrist burns, his boxers, the occasional exposed crack in his seat when he bends over, his pectoral muscles or man boobs, the size of his feet, the shape of his hands and fingers, the true texture of his hair, the size of his private parts, etc. It’s all the same. If it isn’t his body parts, it’s his exposed personal life on public display. If not his personal life on display, it’s his current GF. It’s all the same. Welcome to the club.

Posting numbers and websites devoted to an actor and created by his fans would seem to indicate a level of public interest in an actor, don’t you think? So anyone who posts on an actor, either here or else where, is basically obsessed? I assume that obsession label applies to the fans who create websites for actors, right? It takes a lot of work and passion to create a website for an actor. Those people must be obsessed even more than the posters here! You’re not obsessed as long as you don’t post about an actor and just go to see his films, right? Nice to see you here, too!

I wasn’t aware that the Orlando fans posting here were being hateful. My impression is that they are greatly disappointed in him lately and wanted better things for him career wise and girlfriend wise. What’s hateful about that? It seems more like concern to me. Some of them have a negative impression of Miranda and have expressed their reasons for feeling that way. That’s *their* opinion. They’re entitled to it. The fact of the matter is that we are often judged in life on things that may seen unfair. From the color of our skin, to our body size, to our religious beliefs, to our age, to the way we dress, to the way we speak, and finally to the company we keep. Fair or not, it’s a fact. And it applies to celebrities and movie stars, too. Maybe that’s why so many of them put so much money, time, and effort into their publicity, press and PR. You know, public image and all.

“Biggest posters”, and posting numbers are two different things. A large amout of posts does indeed indicate popularity for an actor. But a ‘poster’ who spends hours each day, posting over and over = obsession. That isn’t healthy.

And some fans not being hateful? Really? So calling a stranger a famewhore, ’slutt’, ‘wh*re’, lieing b**ch is kindness? You can express feeling without calling names. Calling names IS hateful. Don’t kid yourself.

Oh, get over yourself Frofro. Being well versed and able to communicate is not the issue here and you well know it. Saying something like that just makes you sound vindictive. Or are you now labeling any and all who disagree with you ignorant?

People say things all the time here that are offensive - just about every other comment! Are you saying that I am the only person out of this whole thread, out of all the threads, that you feel has been insulting? Give me a break. Perhaps its just you didnt agree with my comments and therefore you think its me being vindictive.

If thats what you think then hey, I’m not going to say one more thing to you on the matter. People at the message boards have always been obsessed with telling people whose posts they think are too long that they think they are obsessed and delusional because of it. So my comment about having an education and communication skills actually is quite relevant to what these two posters were implying.
