Courteney Cox Has a Backyard BBQ
Courteney Cox and husband David Arquette host a backyard BBQ party for their friends at their home in Malibu, Calif., on Sunday.
The celebrities in attendance included actress Laura Dern, Ellen DeGeneres and her longtime girlfriend Portia de Rossi as well as Cox’s BFF and former Friends star Jennifer Aniston (sans boyfriend John Mayer). Portia and Ellen both wore fedoras that matched their outfits!
Looks like a great summer home with a tennis court, crystal clear pool and massive stainless steel grills!

FYI - Jennifer and Ellen have been friends for years; in fact, Jennifer was on Ellen’s debut show. Now I’ve googled and cannot find any evidence that Ellen interviewed Angelina Jolie. I could be wrong, but I’m not finding it out there.
Also, Dern and Jennifer have been friends since the Kathy Najimy days, pre-Brad, pre-Jolie. So get over it.
Actually maybe u should get ur facts straight… Brad HAS said jen likes to paint…. In fact his exact words were “because jen likes to mess around with paint” don’t defend them when u don’t know wth ur talking about
shifty’s right…Brad has mentioned more than once Jennifer paints. Unfortunately, Brad is incapable of stringing together words in a normal fashion to form a proper sentence; and when he speaks he sounds as though his mouth is full of rocks…… so maybe this is why the Brangie fans missed it.

Brad has said very few things about his time with Aniston after his divorce, however looking at the difference in they way she lives her life and they way Brad lived his life pre Aniston and after, it amazes me why her fans are suprised they are no longer together.
Look everyone has the right to live their life in a way to make self happy, but I think if you love and respect the person you are with in a relationship and you want it to work then sometimes you need to comprise , even if you don’t want too.
It seems to me Brad alot with Aniston he went from traveling the world pre Aniston to being stuck hanging out poolside with the Arquettes during his marriage. Pre Aniston Brad has always spoke about family, he gets married to a woman put career first.
When Aniston said in her Vanity Fair interview “they both changed” I think she truly never cared or new who her husband truly was or enjoyed in life. She took his hobbies and interest and put them on the backburner and put her focus on career. Brad woke up and it was too late for them. Then she does and interview bashing him and talking about how shocke she was? We only get a glimpse but the little bits out there speak volumes about who jen is and who Brad is. Both good people but wanted different things in life.

One last comment and then I’m on to my real life. I noticed another blog had some of the same photos of Jennifer Aniston at the furniture store in that too-cute long, ethnic-print, sundress. (Love that dress!) In several of THOSE photos, she look absolutely gorgeous. These photos were incredibly flattering to her and she looked like a little doll. Yet here at justjared.com, only the least flattering photos were displayed.
Why is that?
And why did we never see stills from the video of Jolie and friends at their little ’smack party’. I saw the video….what a disturbing weirdo Jolie is….anything ‘to be cool’ I suppose.
Funny, the fans of this facking Aniston crying do not mess her thread. But look at jen hens coming at all Brad & Angelina thread & harassing the other posters & messing up their threads. FACK YOU ALL ANISTON LOONIES!

What? The only world traveling Brad Pitt ever did was from movie set to movie set. To me, he is an empty shell…only capable of adapting to the life of whatever woman to whom he attaches himself. He travels the world now because if he doesn’t tag along, Jolie is going without him….lol.

Sorrry but Brad had a big upgrade of his life after dumping Jenho, he had enough of these boring party, dinner with the the C listed Cox-Arquette for the last 7yrs. . His circle of friends had expanded outside this little circle of HW, shallow friends. He dined with the likes of De Niro, Eastwood and the legend Mick Jagger, rubbed shoulder with presidents and leader of the world, party with Bono , Prince Albert, and Billionare businessman Paul Allen. making cute babies with Angie, enjoy fatherhood. producing critically acclaimed movies, respected humanitarian. Brad was never at this good place before. !!!

I think what is important to Brad Pitt is that he is no longer leading a selfish Hollywood life, where it’s all about ‘me, me, me.’ He is caring for, and protecting, his big family now and he has other projects outside Hollywood, humanitarian work and indulging his passion for architecture. He is living a full life.

It is obvious that you are not a fan of Brad, if you were then you would know Brad has traveled the world and not only movie set to set. Brad has always been a man comfortable in his own skin and if you take any quote of his whether it be today or 15 years ago in Teen Beat. He never contradicts himself and says the very same things. Empty Shell? That is how the media and some of his exes like to portray him. Go back and read some of his interviews pre Aniston . I am talking way back and you will see that when Brad married Aniston after Paltrow he seemed to go into a coma. I always find it funny that non fans like to say Brad follows Angelina but the truth is Brad has always loved travel to different places. That is one of the main reasons he left the midwest to come to Hollywood. Brad has always stated that he wanted to have a big family. Brad has always followed his own path no matter what people thought. lmao. He took a huge risk walking away from the Golden Couple but he did it anyway. While Aniston cares and seems to make decesions on how other feel Brad has never been that way.

You are wrong! I’ve seen AJ on Ellen’s show. Ellen gave AJ two jackets, the kind that pilots wear, one for her and a small size for Maddox. Also, if I remember correctly, from their conversation, that was not AJ’s first visit.

What has Brad Pitt really, actually accomplished in the way of humanitarian relief to the world? Really and seriously accomplished?
Yes. I know he and Jolie have made speeches (at the UN…give me a break, now there is in impotent, inert organizaton incapable of meaningful impact), I know they have started charitable organizations….but what change has their organizations, speeches or donations actually achieved? And I’m asking for specifics, not the usually worshipful nonsense from a few obsessed fans.
Other than pretty photo ops, I think the now abandoned Maddox Jolie Project is pretty atypical of what actually happens if you are on the receiving end of Jolie-Pitt charitable efforts. The Cambodian government and that of Namibia are still waiting for all the promises of years past to be fulfilled. Jury’s still out on the NOLA pink house project. Many from the Gulf Coast area feel it is pure folly to rebuild in an area that backs up to levees and is 10 feel below water level. Originally, the poor and disadvantaged of NOLA found themselves in that undesirable area because they didn’t have the money to live in better housing on higher ground. And Brad Pitt wants to put them right back in that swamp. (And yes, I’ve seen it with my own eyes.)
Bottom line, imho this whole charity trip is nothing but master manipulation to feed massive egos. I’ll take the Hollywood actress who honestly shares her love of her craft and who privately donates her money with no fanfare or need for inappropriate adoration.

Don’t know if it’s true, but I remember a few weeks ago some tabloid reported that John and Jennifer were going on vacation to Cabo(I think) after she finished filming Marley and Me. I wonder if that is still the case. He has a little over a week left before he starts his tour.

John Mayer is about to go on a tour. He needs his fans to buy tickets.
So he always hide out like he broke up with the lady he is with so the ladies will buy concert tickets. Right now I hear ticket sales are down.
He is about to release a dvd with all his old music since he has not bothered to write new music because of parting with all the Hollywood ladies. His fans are upset because their is no new music. Since being a playa with the Hollywood Mayer can’t be bothered with his real job. Maybe you should spend sometime finding out who Mayer really is.
