Ashley Tisdale’s Mom: My Daughter Doesn’t Have AIDS!
Last week, High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale was the victim of a false Internet rumor claiming she was dying from AIDS. And now Tizz’s mother is speaking out!
“My daughter is healthy and just fine — but my husband and I just don’t know why anyone would spread such a rumor,” Ashley’s mom, Lisa Tisdale, 52, told Star at the family home in Toluca Lake, Calif. “And what really upsets me is that anyone can write anything, and it ends up on the Internet. It’s so irresponsible; so many people will just assume it’s a fact.”
FYI: The rumor was that Ashley only had six months to live after being diagnosed with the HIV virus, possibly acquired from “contaminated equipment” used during her Nov. 30 nose job.

Well it was pretty obvious it was false.
Although you can get viruses/diseases through contaminated equipment during procedures.
I feel for the people who actually believed that.

Do you think her mother called Star for an interview? Of course, not . If she want to make an announcement she would have done it through a real news source. It was a silly rumor without merit. Before the cause of aid was known maybe you could get it at a hospital but since the 1980″s, when the cause was discovered, all medical facilities use precautions or they will lose their licence. Really Mike get a life.
the HIV “rumors” are not actually rumors at all, they are fact. Her mother is trying to hide it from the public because she did not think it was a good time to make it public yet. There are however rumors circulating now that she does an assortment of hard drugs.

This goes to show you how ignorant people are about hiv/aids. People with hiv live for years before it even becomes aids– especially if they have money for healthcare.
