Nicole Richie is a House Hunter

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden take their daughter Harlow for a stroll in Glendale, Calif. on Thursday.

Nicole, 26 and Joel, 29, were recently seen house hunting in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. The couple reported were looking at a $1.6 million mini-estate complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, pool and state-of-the-art kitchen according to E!.

Harlow is now five months and sounds like Nic wants some more space for the little one to run around!

Isn’t thaqt about the same as the house they are living in right now? Considering that all other Hollywood star villas cost like 10million or so, I’m really wondering why it’s so cheap for Beverly Hills. But nice to see that they are going strong as a family! And with three bedrooms, doesn’t look like there will be a sibling for Harlow soon.

He bought his house for almost $2 million in Glendale (4 years ago), so I think $1.6 million in Beverly Hills is an awesome deal.
