George Clooney is a Tantalizing Tourist
Newly single George Clooney takes a boat ride with a guy pal around his villa at Lake Como, Italy on Thursday.
The Oscar winner has signed on to star in the contemporary spy thriller The Tourist, a big-screen adaptation of the best-selling Olen Steinhauer novel.
Clooney would produce along with Smokehouse regulars Grant Heslov and Nina Wolarsky, according to Variety.
Acquired by WB in the fall, The Tourist is a contemporary international thriller about a spy who risks everything to reveal a conspiracy after he’s accused of a murder he didn’t commit.

Thank God Angelina found someone like Brad, who is into committed relationships… somewhat. But i do believe Brad and George are alike in that they can be selfish when it comes to women.
i mean Brad’s been in committed relationships, but so has George. And they both kept breaking up with people.
The only men that I know that have been in one too many relationships are just plain conceited.
Commitment means that you will be there for your girlfriend/wife through thick and thin and through all their decisions. This is how divorces are so high. The only reason Brad broke up with Jennifer was because she didn’t give him what he wanted.
That’s not a relationship. When you love someone, you don’t demand of something when you want it. You stay with that person, support them, and then the time will come. Even if Brad was getting older, he will sacrifice himself for the person he is with. Saying, “I want children. I want this. I want that.” It’s not only about you. It was not impossible for Brad to wait and have children with Jen.
I am pretty sure he froze his sperm a long time ago before his 40s. When you are in a committed relationship, it’s not about what YOU want, It’s about what the person you LOVE wants. And if your head’s straight, you’ll stick with that person, no matter what, even if they don’t give you what you want. But seeing as how he quit college short of 2 credits and just went to Cali to suddenly pursue acting, shows that he’s a selfish person who doesn’t know commitment. When he gets bored or unhappy with something, and something better comes along… or something he has not experienced before… he’ll drop what he’s got now and go for it. Nothing will stop him.
I’ve gone out with some certain types of guys who just can’t stay in a committed relationship. And they call themselves “good guys” with morals and everyone seems to like them. They’re a little too friendly… probably pride on their friendships more than their relationships. They always criticize the women for the break ups. And there’s always that one woman from their past that was ‘the one’ they lost and never got over.
Wow. Bitter much? Get on with your life, stalker, and don’t worry about George Clooney. Not everyone wants to be tied to one person for the rest of their lives. Some people, yes, girls too, like being single and just dating.

No, as much as dreaded by JenFans, the reason of the breakup was NOT ONLY about children. Brad said over and over again, he wanted MORE MEANINGFUL life. And that wasn’t possible with lazy and self-centered Aniston. He was tired of a chronic couch (or pool side) potato life of Aniston, staring at the sunset and not doing anything with life. It was Aniston’s frivolous and selfish personality that drove Brad away.
@ #5 - don’t get too excited, the guy GC is with is married. That’s Grant Heslov’s brother.

If we were to keep track of who breaks with whom in Hollywood and say all kind of dramatic stories about them, chances are that we would have to start with the beginning of movie making and counting. We cannot only talk about GC or BP (I do not think you can compare both of them in this aspect, though).
There are many adult-mature actors who are not hooked, they should fall into this category created by Lily, it just happens that GC and BP are more in demand right now.
The HW scene is very different from what normal life is. Hey, even stage actors who travel or just people who travel much tend to have a different lifestyle than people with ordinary jobs. Many couples stay together, but truth is that those jobs (count there that they live in a town full of beautiful people) strain relationships more and not everybody stays together for decades in that town.

ups, I am happy to see that some of these bachelors find someone to be with just like warren Beatty did, or even Jack Nicholson has now his children.
GC has money, so he can be with who he wants, if he wants that level of love. There are people who just want to be single and do not long (sp?) for anything else (family related). Girls that are with him must realize that it wolud be hard for him to break this pattern.

GC just used Sarah for publicity to boost his ego that he still can have a young beautiful girl in his arms is he wants to - somekind of having a middle age/mid-life crisis -, and to boost his career/popularity. So Sarah should used his name to advance her career and opportunities. Learn from it, Sarah, never fall for a man like GC who loves himself most and can never love anybody more than he loves himself - that is why he loves being an old bachelor and does not want to marry, nor have children like BP.

Larson will end up squandering whatever Clooney helped her attain and fade into obscurity, probably living in a trailer down by the river somewhere.
I just can’t figure out why a man who is as smart and talented as he is would even want to socialize publicly with a person like her.
But who really cares….it is his life afterall.
