OlderVanity Fair Features Just Jared!!!
Vanity Fair has charted the most influential blogs about politics, gossip, Hollywood, media, and miscellany, and located them on two basic continuums: tone and content. From “news” vs “opinion” and “earnest” vs “scurrilous”, Just Jared fell into the “Earnest and Opinion” category. Here’s what the mag wrote about JustJared.com:
“Just Jared: Kinder, gentler celebrity-gossip blog, chockablock with exclamation points!”
Score!!!!!! Interestingly enough, Vanity Fair chose Angelina Jolie as this blog’s icon. Hmmm, wonder why!!!!!
Also, JustJared.com is the only celebrity gossip blog in the lower right-hand quadrant (+X, -Y), alongside online news website Huffington Post, techie blog Boing Boing and fashion blog The Sartorialist.

I’m glad I decided to come by and see what’s new in BAMPZSville tonight. I keep wondering when Angie will be having the twins - has anyone come up with a realistic due date? Last I heard was August 19 - our lovely Missouri Fan’s birthday! Does that gel with when Angie started showing - I know somebody around here must have it all worked out :D

Hiya Vee—how are you? We have 7 kitties and they are gorgeous , the mom and 5 kittens already have new homes, we are waiting till they get to be 8 weeks before we let themm go :-( . Coal- I just got back from Turkey . Had a wonderful time. Always good to go back home for a visit.

you know what makes your blog so great, jared? its that you manage to maintain a nice attitude while all the other celebrity blogs focus on being as mean as possible. and you blog about everyone, from d to a-listers.
who says good guys always finish last? congrats, you definitely deserve this. but dont go selling out on us though now that youre ‘one of them’. :D
