Hilary Duff steps out in a strapless number to Katsuya Restaurant for lunch on Studio City, Calif. on Saturday.
Hil, 20, was accompanied by New York Islander hockey boyfriend Mike Comrie.

Her dress is ugly. Hilary has no sense of style but of course once in a while she has something on that looks ok. I still love her though. She seems like a really nice person. Her sister, however, i can’t stand.
She sucks at fashion choices, I like the dress without the stupid leggings.
Without leggins her dress would be nice. Hilary and Mike looks cute together.
