Tobey Maguire’s Sweetheart Saturday
Tobey Maguire and his jewelry designer wife Jennifer Meyer take their daughter Ruby Sweetheart, 19 months, to a playground in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
Tobey is part of the NBA Entertainment League and will compete in one of its 16 teams, which enter their 12th season in November.
“I’ve seen guys like Frankie Muniz, who couldn’t shoot a lick, drop 27 points sometimes because he learned how to shoot three pointers,” said league inventor and “commissioner” Shane Duffy. “Guys like [Leo] DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire have hired coaches in-house. These guys want to do better. They don’t want to embarrass themselves.”

Odd, the kid never seems to smile or laugh. The only picture in which there is possibly a faint smile or look of pleasure on her face is when she is hotfooting it away from papa.
Cute and beautiful at that age can be almost anything grown up including quite ugly. I have seen the most beautiful little girls turn out to be frankly ugly women. You don’t know until time passes and they develop.

Such a cutie! I think she looks mostly like Tobey, with a bit of Jennifer blended in. In earlier pictures, Ruby and Shiloh lookes a bit alike, but now each of them has their own distinct appearance, they start to look more like their parents.
I had also figured Tobey is more the competitive kind, so hiring a personal trainer makes a lot of sense to me.

So… Celebrities should be holed up in their homes and keep their kids from enjoying what other kids do? Please… if they did that, everyone would then bit*h and moan that they think they’re better than everyone or that their kids were going to grow up to be snobbish little loners.
