Get On Your Knees For Scarlett Johansson

Here is Scarlett Johansson’s character poster from Frank Miller’s upcoming film adaptation of The Spirit – in theaters Christmas Day 2008!

Miller has described the main character, The Spirit/Denny Colt (Gabriel Macht): “The character has a terrifying side to him. This is a man who’s died and came back to life. So it twists into fantasy. And of course there are tons of women in it. There have to be — it’s The Spirit. They’re all in love with him, and he’s in love with all of them. You might say he’s a bit of a slut.”

Johansson, 23, stars as Silken Floss, a punk secretary and frigid vixen. Samuel L. Jackson, Eva Mendes, Jaime King, Jaime King, Eric Balfour, Paz Vega and Stana Katic also costar. Bigger poster pic here.

OK, the storyline sound really strange. Unless there is more to the movie than some ****** fantasy creature trying to hook up with a whole lot of women, I don’t think I’ll be seing it, even though there is quite a list of good actors involved.
