OlderSophia Bush Was Not Ready For Marriage
Sophia Bush finally spoke out about her split from fellow actor Jon Foster.
The 25-year-old One Tree Hill star told Us Weekly Monday that she and Foster “broke up, like, a year ago… I am single. We are really good friends. We keep in touch, and we love each other to death… You can love somebody, and not be in love with them, and I think that was a really valuable lesson. We weren’t ready to get married, but it definitely doesn’t mean we don’t care about each other.”
The actress, who had a 20-month-long marriage to costar Chad Michael Murray, added, “The only two men I have time for are Barack Obama and my trainer. So those are my relationships… I love that [Obama] is the first politician who doesn’t feel like a politician. Senator Obama is the one person who’s saying, ‘We can change everything — but it can’t just be me, and it can’t just be you.’”

You are the perfect example of what I’m talking about and why so many people think Sophia Bush fans are psycho. Someone doesn’t like her and your answer, in such an example of grace and class, is to call them names and attack them personally. That is by far and away the most pathetic thing to happen in this post yet.
Jo, I’ve been saying this for a while. The Sophia fanbase (not all- some of them are so sweet) is full of quite a few people who are borderline psychos.
I don’t pull things out of my ass randomly nor do I invest my time in ridiculous gossip but the Sophia-James thing is 100% true. Of course the reps will deny it.; who is going to admit that their client has been having a sexual relationship with another co-star when the said co-star was once married to another actor on the show? It’s not something will reflect positively off of either of them. James and Sophia have been having sex for months. They might have ended it, I don’t know. I also don’t know who your alleged “sources” are because anyone that works on the OTH set knows what these two have been doing for months.
And it’s getting really old to mention Chad in every post as some sort of defense mechanism for Sophia. Chad is not a part of her life; he screwed up and they are over. This is about Sophia not him.
Leave James the hell out of this. They haven’t slept together, despite what some people would like to believe, nor is he a manwhore. My gosh people, don’t believe everything you read. I know for a fact they were both filming the night they were supposedly in New York being all clingy.
Sophia was very much in love with Jon, even saying at one point that he was the love of her life but things change. She didn’t sleep with him while she was married to Chad and her Stay Alive co-stars would be among the first to back that up. She is a sweet person. She may have some skeletons in her closet but most of us do.
If she wants to openly support Obama, more power to her, it’s her right as an American.

If you have such a big problem with her fans, then why do keep on coming over here and posting every few hours everytime you don’t happen to agree with something a fan may have said. No one’s forcing you to sit there and read each post on this thread so why act like your six years old or something? No body said ANYTHING to you so leave the others alone. I just felt the need to say that you are 100% WRONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. I totally get why the reps would deny something like that. But others who could really care less about what Sophia and James and the others do have also denied it too. And guess what sweetheart, these sources who’ve told me, work on the OTH set too and they see and know EVERYTHING that goes on. They have no damn reason to lie seeing as some of them don’t even care what the cast does or doesn’t do. They’re just there to work or whatever. So if they have been having “sex” for months, then I’m assuming you were there…watching them, right?
But if there is one thing where I do agree with you, it’s the whole Chad thing. Like you said; he screwed up and they’re over. But for some reason the haters like bringing Chad up; sometimes indirectly while other times, directly. And so then I guess some of the fans feel the need to explain some things that went on during their marriage. But whatever, they’re done.
I have an idea as to how some people can stop talking about whatever is going on between James and Sophia.

All of these people seem to have sources. Half of them claim that James and Sophia are dating or sleeping together. While the other half claim that they are nothing other than just friends and that there is absolutely nothing going on between them.
So stop trying to drive yourselves crazy and leave it alone. Who cares what they are doing? They’re both young adults and can do whatever they want. But this topic needs to die because people won’t stop obsessing over it.
Sheesh, she “doesn’t get why media are so interested in her private life” and then she dishes out things about her relationship with Jon? Woman, you can’t have it both ways. If you want to expose yourself to media, at least stop being a frakking hypocrite about it. There’s nothing worse.

She says she doesn’t understand why media are so interested in her private life. Talking about your relationships IS revealing your private things so I don’t get her.

I just wanted to say I absolutely adore Sophia. It was after “The Hitcher” I fell in love with her. I do miss when she had the long dark hair and she used to be more bouncy, and I kind of miss that. I’ve met her and she is so sweet.
As far as Her and James… who cares. If they like each other let them be together, it’s not like shes dating anyone else.
About the abortions…………. whatever, I’m not going to claim I know if its true or not but I like to see the best in people and so far she’s given me no reason to not like her.

I have no sympathy for women who still marry men despite knowing that they have been unfaitfhful. Sophia is an example of such a woman.
I really don’t think she’s done anything fantastic. To me she is the most dispensible character on her tv show and is also perhaps one of the weakest actors on television today.

Hate much????? Like many others have mentioned before me…..Sophia never knew that Chad was a lying, cheating dog. If she had, she would’ve never married him in the first place. If she had already known about his infidelity issues before they were even married, than why would she all of a sudden 5 months later decide she couldn’t stand his cheating anymore. How the hell does that even make any sense??? Why don’t you think it through before you post dumb stuff like that.

Sophia is a total sweetheart.
I’ve met her a few times and she is always so incredibly gracious and sweet. If she’s not being called on set to do a scene or something, she’ll actually stand their and talk with us and have conversations. She is such a friendly person.
If someone didn’t have a pleasant experience while meeting Sophia, you’ve got to understand that she is a person too. And just like any normal person, she is entitled to having bad days once in a while. And just because she hadn’t been her usual self that day, doesn’t mean that she’s gone all Hollywood or whatever. She’s still very much the same Sophia she has always been. Some people just like to put down celebs for no reason sometimes and try to get others to believe what they have to say…..even if its a total lie.
Ok, jealousy sucks. I do love sophia, she’s been an amazing actress, she’s beatiful, she’s not dumb, she’s intelligent and she always know what to say.

I love chad too, he is great too, but after their divorce, three months later he was with kenzie already, and as for sophia she started dating with jon like in the middle of season 4, and she knew jon when she made the movie stay alive and she said that she had a great time with all her cast mates and she stayed in touch with them, so what’s the problem if she ended up dating jon, and if you read the news they broke up like a year ago!! And can’t she have guy friends?? if a papparazi catch her with some movie star guy, she’s already dating him, or whatever the horrible things people here say of her?? jeez!! it’s pure jealousy because everyone likes her, and now that’s she getting more famous people dont leave her alone and keep talking about her private life, when she always said that she didn’t wanted her life exposed in hollywood and she’s always hated that!! she’s great!

I definitely agree with everything you just said there Anne. There were like two or three people that mentioned something earlier about Sophia’s private life as I was reading throught some of the posts.
They basically said that if Sophia doesn’t want the media bothering her about her private life, then she shouldn’t be talking about it. But if you read any interview she’s ever given, she’s doesn’t really talk heavily about her relationships. Yes, she talked about Jon. And yes, she talked about Chad. All she said about Chad was that they’re friends and get along fine because many seem to think that she and Chad hate eachother when in fact, it has been confirmed by many people that they do not. She was just trying to put the rumors to rest because I can see how it can get annoying when everyone keeps on asking you if you hate your ex.
And then with Jon, all she said was that she loved him but but wasn’t in love with him which is why they are over. People are acting like she went ito some thick and juicy details or something. She was saying that she’s not dating anyone so that people can stop asking her about who she’s dating and stuff.
But I swear, some morons always like to blow the whole thing up and make it seem like what she said was just horrible. Some people seriously don’t have any lives and pick apart every little word that Sophia or another star has to say. Its’s just really pitiful and amusing to read some of the posts made by these crazy ass people who are trying to make these celebrities look bad for no damn reason at all.
These vicious comments are so transparent. All the sad Chadder fans are so bitter. Do they honestly think anyone believes their BS. Sophia is a delight the professionals in her business adore her.
Some of you say that Chad started dating Kenzie after the divorce, and thats not true, we first heard about him dating Kenizie december 2005, the divorce wasnt final until december 2006, just look at her imdb profile. So they, Sophia and Chad, separated 5 months after the wedding, but the divorce didnt go tru until december 2006, so it is correct what Jared is saying about the marriage lasted 20 months, personaly they were over 5 months after, bu legaly they werent over until december 2006.. I even think there was an article on the divorce being final on People.com

EVERYBODY knows that Chad started dating that girl like two or three months after Sophia called it quits due to his infidelity. And then he got engaged to her like 2 seconds after he started dating her. Talk about rebound.
But the fact is that Sophia and Chad had been together during their marriage ONLY five months after their wedding. But like Kristine said, their divorce took almost a year so I guess Jared added in those months too….seeing as how they weren’t legally separated until 2006. And Sophia didn’t start dating Jon until she knew that she and Chad were over for good. Thank God for that because she deserves someone so much better and someone who WON’T cheat.
