Cameron Diaz (in Oscar de la Renta) glows at the Women In Film’s 2008 Crystal Lucy Awards held in the International Ballroom at the Beverly Hilton on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Women In Film is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women achieve their highest potential within the global entertainment, communications and media industries and to preserving the legacy of women within those industries.
This year at the 2008 Annual Academy Awards, of the 176 nominations, 43 (24%) went to women.

Poor girl. She is still cute but her faces is damaged so much from the sun. It looks like my sister who laid out and/or went to the tanning salon virtually everyday until she graduated from college - not a good thing if you have blond hair, blue eyes & use baby oil. My sister had laser treatment & it helped but it looks dull & she has pigmentation. In your 30’s your skin should still be glowing & smooth, especially celebs - they have access to all the best creams & can afford facials & all that great skin treatment. Don’t forget to wear your sunscrean, a hat & big glasses if you are going to be in the sun. It is great to be tan but worse to end up w/ a leather face when you get older.

I can still see how gorgeous she is but in just the past year alone she’s aged so much. I hope it’s just a rough patch or stress and that it’s not premature aging because she really is beautiful.
Red is a terrific color for her; she should wear it more often. I like the way she’s using the shawl. Cameron, you’re beautiful, girl!!!

I love that shade of red on her, it gives her such a beautiful glow and enhances her looks. By the way, did she get her nose straigtened? It looks perfectly normal here, nothing of her surfing accidents left.
