Jamie Lynn Spears: Welcome Maddie Briann!
Jamie Lynn Spears and fiance Casey Aldridge are proud parents of Maddie Brian, reports E!.
Their beautiful daughter was born at the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Miss. just after 9:30am.
Jamie, 17 and Casey, 19, were joined at the hospital by her parents around 5:45am. Sister Britney and brother Bryan arrived around 8. It is the first child for the happy couple.
CONGRATS TO JAMIE AND CASEY!!!

Congrats!!!!!!!!!! But begin a parent isn’t what ever young teen thinks its about. It’s about responible for that child and making sure there taking care of the best way you know how. My advice to u jamie lynn, don’t get caught up in the hype on begin a celebrity mom. Your young, let your mom and dad be there for u. I’m sure Britney will be there too, but make it work with Casey. You will have your ups and downs but begin a parent is a great thing. The one thing u have more than other teen parents in america is family. Congrats again and take care of that beautiful baby giril. One more than , Your baby isn’t for sale, so don’t let the magazine buy your baby pics. Listen to what Jlo said, “her kids aren’t for sale”"” ..
FOr all the young kids reading these blogs concerning jamie lynn, don’t think having a bbay at a young age is cute or fun. Remember, she has money and help, some of you don’t and some of you do. But get real , how many of your parents would be happy if you came home prganant or you have father a child. This should be lesson to all in this country and other country’s. You can catch more than u baby, aids .
When are the younger generation going to wake up. I know If my daughter came home at 17 and said to me she werer pregnant. I will have been mad . THis is alot for a parent to deal with when u the child still has to be taken care of ,now another child. I say this becaus emy daughter is four and she thinks the work of (Zoey) Jamie lynn character . What is a parent to tell there three, four or even sixteen year child?? To all the parents out there when is going to end?

I am a big fan of Jamie lynn spears and i support her a lot I don’t care what u say she is a human to i have mad mistakes to and learned from them so were all not perfect!!!! okay!!!

I agree with Jai-Lee…thousands were getting pregnant before Jamie Lynn, her pregnancy will not have any effect on the number of teens pregnancies after hers. Unfortunately, we are almost in another baby boom and its mostly the younger crowd. Jamie Lynn can not be held responsible for the choice teens make after her pregnancy. I can just see it now, a Jamie Lynn fan is going to get pregnant and the parents are going to somehow turn around and blame it on Jamie….HELLO WHERE ARE THE PARENTS AT????? WHY NOT TAKE SOME BLAME IN THIS?????!!!!! YOU TOO HAVE A MAJOR EFFECT ON THE CHOICES YOUR CHILDREN MAKE!! But the thing is that even “role models” are not going to help, teens are going to make their decisions despite what anyone says.
FOR ALL OF YOU BASHING JAMIE LYNN…….get a life! What makes you so perfect? What you have never made a big life changing mistake? Right I’m sure! Yes she is too young to be having a baby, I completely agree…however, she did have a baby and the one thing anybodys concern should be(HOWEVER IT SHOULDN’T BE ANYBODYS CONCERN) is that she makes the right decision NOW and takes care of her baby. That she won’t follow in the steps of Brit (I only hope the best for brit) and keeps her whits about her and is a great mom. And I am sure she will be!
Whats funny, is when any other teen gets pregnant, people just roll their eyes and turn the other way, now that its a celebrity, its this huge scandal, as if the world has never heard of it before. Get over it, you have all known about it for nine months, and you still act shocked. Not to say I would be thrilled if one of my kids were having a baby, I wouldn’t, however I would have to get passed that to support them to help them make the right decisions from then on out. This is life people. Sadly teens are getting pregnant, no its not necessarily the right thing, but it is what it is, when are you going to get over the shock? Leave Jamie alone, shes not the only one!

Jamie and Casey have a baby girl now, and that was their choice. You couldn’t stop them. If my daughter ever came home and told me that she was pregnant at the age of 16, It would be a shocker, but I would be delighted as long as their priorites are straight. In this case, they are going to be wonderful parents. I can see it already :)
