Since when is David Jones a cheap low budget store?. It’s a huge nationwide company and sells labels like Dior, Chloe, Prada etc. Signing a contract with them means opening/closing their runway shows and doing advertisments and appearances - she would be getting paid a shitload.

That being said, I don’t really think she is a supermodel even if she has a very high income.

Daivd Jones is a department store. It is not high fashion even if it sells a few high end items. Department Stores are NOT high coulture. She will NEVER get a high class job.
