James McAvoy’s Sunny Stroll
James McAvoy keeps his arm wrapped around actress wife Anne-Marie Duff during a romantic stroll through the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on Saturday.
The 29-year-old Scottish actor is in town to promote his latest action thriller, Wanted, which opens on silver screens everywhere this Friday, June 27. Angelina Jolie costars.
So far, Wanted has garnered a perfect 100% on RottenTomatoes.com. That is unheard of!

Not that I’m not looking really forward to Wanted, but there are only nine reviews up. A bad one’ll happen sooner or later; I mean, there were people who liked the Love Guru.

I love this guy…….so down to earth!!
I anticipate “Wanted” will be fantastic. Any Angelina Jolie action movies are entertaining. Adding James in there doesn’t hurt either.
I cant wait for Friday, I took the day off so I can go see it right when it opens. I love BadA$$ Angie, this will be the blockbuster of the summer for sure. :)

The industry continues its search for the elusive James Bond hero, when what we the public yearn for is a NEW Cary Grant type. course that would require good writers—so not gonna happen soon I suspect.
I adore James… I can’t wait to see Wanted. I’m upset he has an American accent for the movie though, his Scottish accent is adorable!

The new Cary Grant is George Clooney. But look at how the hens are criticising his every move, his every interview, his political views, his every everything! They are killjoys and they would have done the same in Cary Grant’s time. Heck go to imdb and they manage to criticise him there and he’s not even alive any more! Thankfully George is like Cary and really could care less. i mean at 47 would you?
I’m sorry, Anon, but no way is George like Cary Grant. Sure, he (George) probably wears his tuxes with some panache, but in terms of charm onscreen - not even close. No one can replace Cary Grant.

You’re the dumbest bit** on this board comparing first of all two genres of movies and two levels of acting powers and thinking that magically 100 different critics like Ebert are suddenly criticing Love Guru for a bad review, and “Wanted” is being reviewed by uncredible dumba**** like you

No one likes/dislikes everything thank God. So what if a bad/great/alright/wonderful/sucks opinion about WANTED comes along? So what? That’s their opinion about it based on what their eyes viewed/ears heard/psyche grappled with. People who let others such as critic’s (or people in general regarding life in general) decide for them/judge for them what’s worthy or not in this world instead of deciding for themselves are missing out on much imo.
btw, I love than James is 8 1/2yrs younger than his wife.
