Vanessa Hudgens is featured in the August 2008 issue of CosmoGirl. Check out her interview to see what a day in the life of Vanessa is like and what her and boyfriend Zac Efron are really like.
Newsweek also did a (stupid) interview with Vanessa. (It’s the same interviewer who was completely unprofessional with Clay Aiken.) Here are some excerpts:
“HSM” director Kenny Ortega once told me you and Zac Efron started dating on the first “High School Musical,” and I don’t think I’ve ever heard that story. And I’m going to keep it that way.
You’re not going to tell me? No. Only because I don’t want to talk about it. It might hurt the relationship. That’s something I have to myself.
So, is it hard to go on dates? No. We do what we want.
Are the reports true that Zac doesn’t like to shower? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Whoever came up with that is completely idiotic.
Because when I met him, he smelled perfectly fine. He showers! He showers! Believe me, he does.
Every day? Yes! Of course.

Wow…..just had a quick look through some of the comments.As a parent of teens,I would have SERIOUS concerns about any of my kids if they were filled with so much hate against someone that they didn’t even know.Gianna & Co……..you need help….so sad that you think its ok to spend time spewing such hate.
On to more positive things,love the Cosmogirl interview and the interaction between Vanessa and Zac,they really do seem so in tune with each other.
Rosielee9…..you are so right,,they do give each other so much support…..its wonderful ,and definitely just one of the many things they have going for their relationship.
Also….love the new CD,a definite must buy for me.Vanessa has matured so much and has everything going for her.
Just wanted to say something about the comments about Vanessa sounding like a diva……I think she answered everything very well,everyone should know by now that neither her or Zac will talk about their relationship.Its PRIVATE and that exactly how it should stay ,thats another reason I admire both of them so much.It proves how important and precious their relationship is to them,and how mature their attitude is.

Really who cares? She is the most over rated and and over-hyped person in the celebrity world. Her music stinks, her boyfriend is gay, and she’s a disgusting tart. Once again the Disney cow has turned a nothing into………..a nothing.

I jumped out my window last august to get to london to see them, and i managed to stick my head in the car zac and vanessa got into. Ps i had to sneak out cause my dad said i couldnt go :((

Very nice article by Cosmo Girl. Love how Vanessa insists on keeping her relationship with Zac private. We can all see how they really feel about each other. Like the reporter said, the way they acted together says more than any words. Just love how they support each other in their careers. I think they are in this for the long haul as I have said before. On another note, really love Vanessa’s new album. I can see why she loves it. She really does have a lovely voice. My favorites so far are Don’t Leave, Don’t Ask Why, Identified, and Paper Cut. Also like what little I’ve heard of Vulnerable, and Committed. Wish the later two were on the US version instead of the Japanese version. Oh well!

Totally agree with you I to am a mother to 3 teens and if ever I heard any of mine come out with such hate and fowl langauage that some have come out with towards to someone that they don’t know I’d personaly be ashamd of them as I’d know for sure that they had’nt been brought up that was to be so disrespectful to someone.
Like you and many other’s I love how they don’t and won’t go into deep details about their relactionship and instead treat it as something to cherish and to be kept between just them to, and if they want to hold hands, kiss, cuddle in public then that’s their choice.I perosnally don’t think we will ever see more than a quick kiss like at the game and hand holding becuase that is all they seem prepared to share with the world and good for them. They are getting more comfotable but we are never going to see a big make out session like with some star’s and I for one would’nt want to. They are entering a new stage from teenage romance to adult romance where choices and views can change but if they contiune to do in adult years as they have done in their teenage year’s then they won’t be doing to bad.
Glad to hear as well that Vanessa’s film has done so well and apparently there is already talk of a sequel to Camp Rock.

Vanessa looks absolutely gorgeous in the behind the scenes videos and she sure can dance. I can see why Zac is so into her. Any hot blooded male would be so enamoured by her.
Go Sox, there’s the PDA at the Cosmo Girl interview which I can’t get over. Rubbing the tummy and Kissing oblivious to everyone around them and his arm around her shoulders, Aaawww.
