Vanessa Hudgens is featured in the August 2008 issue of CosmoGirl. Check out her interview to see what a day in the life of Vanessa is like and what her and boyfriend Zac Efron are really like.
Newsweek also did a (stupid) interview with Vanessa. (It’s the same interviewer who was completely unprofessional with Clay Aiken.) Here are some excerpts:
“HSM” director Kenny Ortega once told me you and Zac Efron started dating on the first “High School Musical,” and I don’t think I’ve ever heard that story. And I’m going to keep it that way.
You’re not going to tell me? No. Only because I don’t want to talk about it. It might hurt the relationship. That’s something I have to myself.
So, is it hard to go on dates? No. We do what we want.
Are the reports true that Zac doesn’t like to shower? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Whoever came up with that is completely idiotic.
Because when I met him, he smelled perfectly fine. He showers! He showers! Believe me, he does.
Every day? Yes! Of course.

I do believe that school is out and all the mean little kiddies don’t have anything to do. And looks like a few of them REALLY are obsessed with Vanessa.

I would like to know just why you who say Vanessa was sooooo rude in the Newsweek think that??? What makes her rude? She answered this moron’s questions. It was simple. Anyone who came up with printing that rumor about Zac did have some idiotic idea—-but I’m sure it was mostly to sell Star magazine.
AND if it was Vanessa’s answer to the moron’s intrusive question about Kenny Ortega saying she and Zac started dating on the first HSM, why would that be rude? What EXACTLY did this guy want to know?? Is he deaf and blind? They are TOGETHER, why must she tell some story of how it all came about? They walked the red carpet as a couple in Palm Springs at the film festival where Hairspray was honored. There are numerous shots of them at the Jazz/Lakers game acting like any other couple—and BTW, those who want everyone to believe that Vanessa is always the “aggressor” should watch ALL the videos that covered this incident. Also, there are those shots of them at the MTV awards together in the audience and backstage—what more does someone think they have a right to know??? As far as her not wanting to talk about the relationship and saying she doesn’t want to hurt it, why don’t you understand it? Probably because you have never been in a serious intimate relationship. Look at people like Pamela Anderson and you might get a clue as to why she says things like that. They are obviously a couple and neither are required to give any further information—just like YOU shouldn’t have to if asked about a personal relationship you are in.

You know what Miranda, Barbra Striesand is a MUCH bigger star than Vanessa, probably a better actress and certainly a better singer—-and far better than Ashley Tisdale, wouldn’t you agree? Just state your opinion and leave. There are plenty of people who like Vanessa and the reason that we believe most of the haters are one person is because they usually are. They’ve even admitted it before. Wow, Vanessa is seriously rattling some people. I’ve noticed that anytime it seems as if things are going well for Vanessa and attention is on her, the haters jump out in full force, as if the louder they shout, the less fans Vanessa would have.

Hello, Boji and Naomi and all supporters and angels. You know why the haters come in clusters? It’s because they have to repeat each other. They have no original ideas. It’s like saying, she is such a diva, she is so fake…but they never say what makes her a diva or fake. Someone read someone else’s comment that was negative and they think that is fun because it goes against the grain. They also do it together because they know it they show up alone they will not even get a response and they will be left if the dust and forgotten. So, these people see ONE poster that says something negative, they want to be—what my generation would have called anti-establishment—-and they hurry and post their negative post in hoping to get a rise out of us—which give them the attention they crave. However, they rarely give very valid reason for their hate. Plus, as many have pointed out, what is the reason to even check a thread of a person you hate? You definitely don’t have a very happy life. Those people who truly don’t care for Vanessa’s acting or singing will give you some kind of legitimate reason why they don’t like her and even though most of us disagree, we have to say they have a right to feel that way. BUT those people who want to call her nasty names or terms they obviously don’t have a clue as to the meaning, or have to resort to bringing up this “horrible” picture, only show their immaturity—and it doesn’t matter what age the person is. It is being self-righteous and showing they have no clue as to life, love, or passion—and that usually equates to being too young to have experienced any of those things.
