Here are the first pictures of Stella McDermott, Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott’s baby bundle of joy.
“She’s a miracle,” Tori tells OK! of Stella, now two-weeks-old. “I was on one pill and wasn’t feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!”
When asked if she was nervous about the delivery, Tori said, “I was more nervous this time, because I knew that I was going to have a C-section [Liam was also delivered by C-section]. You know, it’s major surgery. Regular birth seems easier to me than having your whole stomach cut open. I always read people are like, “Oh, C-sections are so Hollywood! All actresses do them!” Do you know what a C-section entails? They basically cut you open, remove your insides to get the baby out and literally put your uterus on your stomach and then put it back in. It’s pretty crazy.”

The photo looks like a baby doll not a real kid! And what is her surprise about having a daughter? She’s been talking about the fact that it’s girl for months now - how was it a surprise? is she seriously THAT Dumb? Oh wait…. yes she is! And I happened to catch a glimpse of their stupid show. She’s all whiny because some woman is hitting on her man! LMAO the pot calling the kettle black? She fucked Dean while he was married and SHE was married herself. What’s the matter can’t handle turnabout Tori? Stop posting crap about this nobody!! NOBODY CARES ABOUT THIS FAMILY OF LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love how she was really jealous when Dean had a scuba instructor who was 21 and was a woman. She was like I just hope he doesn’t cheat on me with her. I was like wow hoe now you know how Dean’s ex wife felt when he cheated on her with you. She’s so retarded. That baby looks like a boy. And Tori is ugly.
Maybe, she isn’t the best looking women out there, but that doesn’t give you the right to judge her or her children because of that.. If you’ve watched her show with Dean, they are so in love and are great parents to Liam.. That’s all that matters, look at these other celebrity moms out here, drinking, drugs, never with their children etc. Atleast she is taking on her responsibilities of parenting and embracing it… You are judging her without even knowing her, and that is just so mean… Look at how you are as a parent, a person, and how you look in the mirror… You my not be the best looking person either, would you want people talking negatively about you or your children?? I am a mother of 4, and if I ever heard someone say things that hurtful about myself or my children it would crush me.. How about we congratulate the moms out there beautiful or not for that good jobs they are doin raising their babies!!!

Actually having a c-section can be just as difficult as the “natural route”. While giving birth naturally does intale a lot of that “push, push, breathe, breathe stuff” after giving birth the healing time and pain isn’t as bad as recovering from a c-section. really take it from someone who spent over 40 hours in labor without any type of pain medication and also had a c-section getting sliced open is no walk in the park I would rather go through all that “push, push, breath, breathe stuff” then have a c-section.
I agree Tori is not the most beautiful person, but people keep in mind that nobody is perfect we ALL have flaws. I also DO NOT agree with Tori and Dean cheating on their ex’s with each other, that was WRONG!! Especially Dean, he had a son. What I don’t agree with is people calling the children (Liam and Stella) losers. They are innocent children who did NOT ask to be brought into this world, they are beautiful children so leave them out of this! Just because you people are haters and are probably jealous of their Hollywood life or whatever gives you no reason to put innocent children down. YES! Tori is wrong to be jealous of Dean’s scuba instructor since she did cheat on her ex-hubby (Charlie) with Dean, and yes I agree that was ******. Obviously Tori can be a mirror image of her character on 90210 (Donna Martin). On 90210 Donna Martin as you all know was a virgin, but could dress provacatively in her low cut tops and short skirts.
Congratulations Tori and Dean on the birth of Stella, she is adorable. Just let this be your last!
I think tori and Dean is a great family with bright and wonderful kids.
They are more like people you woluld want to be friends with. Unlike most people in hollywood who think they are better then anyone else. You people who post rude commets about them and their kids need to try to go to church or something and try to find good in people. You people think you are better then tori and her family.I think you have something in your head that is very fucked up and need to get medical professional help. HAVE A LITTLE DAMN ****** RESPECT ********. She is wonderful. GO TO CHURCH

I think its ridiculous that you people INCLUDING the tabloids waste your time picking people a part…when ALL of us have flaws, some characteristics better then others, and we all have feelings. But c’mon guys, her children are beautiful, THEY are a beautiful family, and who can honestly say that they don’t admire their relationship! Cant we all just keep the negatives IN our heads and not out our mouths!?
This is an adorable, loveable family and I wish them all the best! I hope they continue their reality show so we can watch what true love is all about.

yes, she is not the most beautiful woman around…but she has made the best of what she was given…and here kids are cute. So give her a break, and let her live her life…
