Mary-Kate Olsen is Lovely at Letterman
Mary-Kate Olsen arrives in a vintage Halston dress with golden sprinkles at New York City’s Ed Sullivan Theater on Thursday for an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman.
The 22-year-old actress/designer will be promoting her new dramedy, The Wackness, which costars Olivia Thirlby and Josh Peck. The film opens in limited release on Thursday, July 3. The Wackness tagline is: “Sometimes it’s right to do the wrong things.”

Watch the interview below! Apparently Mary-Kate went to high school with The Hills‘ Spencer Pratt! She called him out, saying, “He doesn’t have a good temper.” Ouch!

Nr 12: They don’t look completely alike because they are fraternal twins, not identical. They looked identical when they were babies up to about five years old. Then they started develop small individual differences, but still looked almost completely identical up to their teens. Tons of people couldn’t tell them apart in New York Minute even (except for their clothes), and then they were 18. But since they have both changed a lot.
Nr 14: It was NOT MK’s fault. Heath was in New York, MK was in LA. The masseuse called her and she told her to call 911, but she kept calling MK instead. What was MK supposed to do?
Nr 16: Mary-Kate was there mostly to talk about her film, The Wackness, which Ashley does not star in. That’s why Ash was not there.
Nr 18: Yes, Ash is a little taller than MK and she is right-handed while MK is left-handed. Ashley’s face is a little “wider” and more “open” in a way, MK’s features are more defined. Then MK does have slightly thinner lips and Ash eyes are a little wider.
They do not have different eye colour, but their natural hair colour differs a little. MK has slightly lighter hair than Ashley.
Other than that I would just like to say: I love MK! She’s soooo pretty and sweet and nice and she looks so much happier and healthier than she did a few years ago. Go MK!
