Orlando Bloom Hits Up White Tie and Tiara Ball
Orlando Bloom rubs shoulders with Chopard co-President Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele (in Dolce & Gabbana) at the 10th Annual White Tie and Tiara Ball held at Sir Elton John’s Woodside home on Thursday in Old Windsor, England.
The ball benefited the Elton John Aids Foundation in association with Chopard.
Elton’s partner David Furnish said: “The theme this year is ‘beach party’ so we’ve got Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys playing. The aim every year is to get people to say that it was the best one yet.”
“I can die a very happy man,” Sir Elton said.

That is a lot of money just to go to an event like this :/ a good cause no doubt, but I wonder if he had to pay to attend the Gorbecov one then? Anybody know?
Well I know that last years Gorbehev foundation party was free if you were a celeb, but corpoartes had to pay- so I presume the same MIGHT be said of this years, but yes I think when Elton throws these charity bashes the celeb has to pay for their tickets.

Mayfrayn the sad obsessed middle aged lass seems crazy, she went on obdiscussion LJ and called people here and on Delphi crazy, yet she still continues to look on there as she must log in there about 10 times a day, as you can see her name on the home page- I cant stand nutty fruitcake bats who believe in harlequin romance novels and then laugh at others for being crazy! I would hope if I made signatures and icons over a celebrity couple and I was in my forties I would kill myself for being so sad.
I did read that last years Gorbechev event didnt make anything for the charity as it ended up costing more to put the event on! I dont see the poiint of it- I think it is tight that celebrities get to go to these events for nothing when it is for charity, I think Elton had the right idea by charging them lol

Does anyone remember when Orlando and Kate went to his “hen party” the day before he got married and there were pap pics of him passing sex shops in soho and Kate was laughing her head off? Wasnt that the last Elton event he went to till now?

I don’t think Orlando looks amazing here at all. He looks better than over the weekend but still stressed out.
If you’re trying to say that people think he looks better only because he is single that isn’t true at all. I thought he and Kate looked adorable together and seemed like they cared a lot for each other.
I know many people didn’t/don’t like Miranda because of her character issues which seem so many. I think her supporters always try and claim it’s just they are jealous or something but it simply isn’t true.
I don’t remember but would love to see those pictures if you remember where they are.
