OlderParis Hilton Donates to Children’s Hospital
Paris Hilton running errands and buys some Chinese food in Sunset Plaza and London Hotel in West Hollywood on Thursday.
The 27-year-old hotel heiress has made an “extremely generous” personal gift to support the construction of the New Hospital Building at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
“The children I have met through my involvement with Childrens Hospital have truly touched my heart,” Paris said in a statement. “I am proud to make a donation and lend my name to the fundraising effort to help children who are facing terribly serious illnesses.”
Her gift will be directed toward the New Hospital Building Campaign for construction of the new space for children being treated at the Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases in the New Hospital Building.

Paris does make her own money, it’s not just from the family. I think it is nice she donated the funds, it shows she is growing up. It seems like since she has been with the Madden brother, she is more grounded. Just because she is super rich and likes to spend it does not make her a bad person.

She is really trying to get people talking about her being pregnant with all the loose dresses and the big purses over her belly. But you can still tell that her stomach is really flat. She’s slowly slipping to the Dlist.

EXACTLY. It’s called TAX RELIEF Angelove, and ALL rich people donate a little something something so they don’t look so greedy. ANYWAY, I’m talking about actually getting up off her bony-a** and traveling to New Orleans, or Sri Lanka or Myamar and helping with the efforts, bring awareness to global issues, starting charities and working with her own hands at them, rather than JUST WRITING A STUPID CHECK.

they had these still photos from the tape. here comes the drama again, but does anyone care after one night in paris? I think we have seen it all, but the still show her completely without clothing doing naughty things such as drugs and dudes.
She could have just stayed home and never had to do anything like most rich kidsthat live off their parents but at least she has tried different things.
Her wild days seem to be over and she is now changing her used ways. It is a good thing. She is probably a good person deep down.

This charity thing is just crap. Its just a fucken publicity stunt so that people will start to think that she’s turned into some sort of good girl. When everyone knows that the only talent she has is spreading her legs open.

My brother is a patient at CHLA, so even though I’m not a Paris fan, I’m sure her donation will be put to good use and regardless of her motives for donating…..the bottom line is that she DID donate and that’s enough for kids like my brother.

I have family that has suffered from cancer, so I know exactly how you feel. But I know of many people who give donations and their time far more generously than Hilton does…and they don’t do it for publicity. I send a prayer of thanks to these wonderful people every day. My prayers go out to your brother.
Just one more comment. I don’t hate Paris, I just don’t have any respect for her. She has done little to convince me that she has changed– quite the contrary. The lies she says during her interviews, alone, make me a ittle nauseaous. This is not a person with genuine character and integrity.

The sheer stupidity of this quote, “Glad to help all the children with terribly serious illnesses” is so blunt and so terribly insensitive I do believe DOG the Bounty Hunter could have made a more compassionate statement.
