Here is your sneak peek of Vanessa Hudgens‘ Sears commercial thanks to Access Hollywood.
The 19-year-old High School Musical star will be featured in five different television ads, all of which feature a girl trying to figure out what to wear on her first day back to school. The commercials were directed by Joseph Kahn and Chris Probst, including one homage to Britney Spear’s school girl music video, “Baby One More Time”.

Tiger Wood is a spokesperson for Target, and he gets millions of dollars for it. So…I’m sure Sears is paying big money to Vanessa as their spokesperson. This is a big plus for Vanessa’s career, and big time salaries to her.

#107 It’s not Vanessa “copying” Britany’s style. One of the commercials is a homage (a tribute) to Brittany’s “Hit me Baby One More Time.” So they’re trying to recreate the look and feel.
If you don’t like it blame the advertising exec who came up with the concept.
“Last Night” happens to be my favorite song on Identified. Here is a review from Billboard, the people who KNOW music:
“Last Night,” the first track of Disney star Vanessa Hudgens’ second full-length, shows such promise. It’s a lightly produced bit of poppy blues in 5/4 time—somewhere between Christina Aguilera’s big-band phase and Bonnie Raitt’s 19-year-old acoustic twang—that Hudgens manages to pull off with some level of soul. First single “Sneakernight” is in a similar vein, with some upright piano and an organ providing a uniquely smart backdrop for what is essentially a paean to hip-hop-styled dance.

You really want to know Britney’s style, just go look at the paps pics of her out and about, which is telling. I needn’t say more.

i heard all the song on her album and gawd it sounded really good, and haters, i know you have your own opinion but calling her ‘un-talented’ is so not fair. she’s working so hard as anybody who already made it in hollywood, once you heard her voice in her upcoming cd, you’ll notice how much she improved and working so hard at it. so please don’t judge her by the longpast incident.

I love the way the haters seem to know her every move. I get exhausted just thinking of all the energy they spend on someone the dislike. If they spent half the energy they use on Vanessa in school, maybe they could write coherent sentences. When you began a statement with “I haven’t heard her CD but I’m sure it sucks,” that tells me there’s no need to read any further.
Sears was one of the first department store in the USA. Other celebs endorse everything from Target to Wal-mart, why not Sears?
From what I can see Vanessa is doing alright for herself; two new movies, new CD and now new endorsements. Believe me more people shop at Sears than Rodeo Drive.
I think this is going to be her year.
