My dearest Rien,

In a perverse way, Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie represents two very different paths that most women has gone through, is going through and will be going through in the future.

For Jennifer, the girl next door, America’s Sweetheart chose a life that is full of glitter. Career and status over family and children- I don’t blame her for that. Women had long been denied the same chance accorded to men.

Well - she failed in that undertaking. She is going through a difficult transition. I grant you that she is entitled for a Pity Party, period of mourning. But at some point and time, there should be an awakening - that inner voice that say enough is enough.

Here is where you and I part ways. Pity Parties are so over. Time to move on and rebuild your dreams. Enough with with public boasting that her first, second, third, 4th, 5th, and 6th lover’s TOOL ARE BIGGER THAN HER X-HUSBAND.

Her rhetoric of that sweet girl is not par with her actions. Blaming the X for her own choices, is not the way to redemption. Forget that she abandoned her mother, forget that she calls her “the last disease in my life”. Forget all of that. Redemption IS NOT finding the biggest tool, nor the perfect sex. Owning her mistakes/accepting responsibility, IS. The saddest part is that success is very much still within her grasp. It’s hers for the taking.

And then there is Angelina - that girl with a checkered past. Her transgressions from age 16 are all a matter of public record. Her life is an open book. The amazing thing about this woman with questionable past, who by the standards of her critics is God’s mistake and a *****, has re-invented herself to be an amazing mom, philanthropist, humanitarian, member of Council of Foreign Relation and an outspoken advocate of children of conflict and the 6 million refugees of war. And, that’s not all. She continues to be involved in her community, and wouldn’t you know engaged in political debates and assert her views with leaders of the world. Evidently, she can have it all - family, children, carreer and still be involved with things that really matters in life.

And if it is true that Angelina is God mistake, then my friend, Angelina must be God’s Most Beautiful Mistake.

And what about Jennifer ? So - your 40-year-old girl is still cute - and running around like a cougar ready to devour her next prey - much younger man. I give you that. And what else ?

It’s a fair question. What else ?

In spite of that great divide, or maybe because of it - our friendship will bring us together. So, my dear Rien, the debate will continue and we may never agree - ever ! But we will always bridge that great divide that separate us. The gift of friendship is not allegiance to what divide us, contrary, it’s what bring us together.

It feels really good to read great, objective, intelligent posts especially from OnMyOwn & Angie Fan. All your posts are really something to ponder on. Keep on writing, the two of you have real gift in writing. I am learning a lot from both of you. I am not just angie & brad’s fan but i am your fan too!!!

There are quite a few new posts, some of the quite long. I just read through them quickly and will read them again later.

For now, can I just say one thing:
angie fan, I think rien was talking about people in general. She was not referring to AJ as a poisonous flower.

Rein’s metaphor was meant to infer not generalize because of her reference to joe black, the movie brad starred in. She many not have said angie as the flower but her analogy has an underlying tone for sensitive few like me

Rien may twist her words here and there because she is a jen fan but i have never read a comment of her that is not shallow like most jen fans. Jen personify their insecurites as women whose goal in life is to go after their ex by being superficial than acquiring substance. They are more concerned about how they look more than what they are inside.

I’m so proud of my fellow Angelina fans. Look at the posts and the prose from Angelina fans. Compare that to the Jen fans who write all of one sentence half the time. Posts like we don’t care what you say about Jen, John’s music is boring, you go girl etc etc. Shallow and pointless posts that mean nothing and come from no real thinking or effort. I think what we are seeing here, is a flurry of Angie fans being created FROM Jen fans as said above. Its Jens own fans who are there own worst enemy, turning people off of Jen by the shallow and vindictive remarks. They push people to be fans of Angelina, when new fans see the difference in well-thought out posts vs spite and pointless teenage cheerleader slogans.

As to Jen’s fans attacking Brad and Angelina’s children, its still happening. Someone above on the next page I think said something like buy 1 get 5 free. See? That is EXACTLY what we are talking about. Talking about CHILDREN, and likening them to that? That is sick and so low, and there is no need for that vindictive sneering. That was a disgraceful attack. You people don’t get it, do you? You just don’t get why posts like that are so repulsive. Or why fans are deserting Jen in droves. Well let me clue you in: its because of YOUR BEHAVIOR.

This is another thing that I just can’t believe. Did she really say that or is it a tabloid story? Did it come from her own mouth or did a reporter put words in her mouth? I’m asking this because I just can’t imagine anyone saying something like that!

If she really said it, it must have been recently, which means that she is still very bitter after all this time, and feels the need to hit back, and is far from over it. It makes me wonder why her fans insist that she dumped him. If she did the dumping, she shouldn’t be bitter, but relieved.

The hatred and ugly sentiments about J. Aniston astound me. Who are you people? Don’t you have more positive ways of spending your leisure time then to get on here and dish out the dirt on people you don’t know close enough to judge so harshly?

Jared you are no better than them yourself. You provoke such ugly reactions from mean hearted withches to promote yourself and your stupid blog!

Haha i’m wondering how long this will last for. There’s no way john looks like the father type so i reckon as soon as Jen realises that (she must be slow) she’ll have to move on. She’ll be Grandma age soon. This couple never look happy, comfortable or affectionate with each other.

George clooney takes a jab at Angelina: “There is nothing more cruel than Hollywood. In a period of years, a woman’s career is over. After they have been beating down your door with work, they toss you out from one day to the next. The first thing a lot of women do to fill the gap is adopt kids. That’s a bit weird isn’t it?”

Jolie only did 2 movies that got some attention, GIA and Girl Interrupted. Both were playing the same character; a mentally ill druggie freak. THAT my dear, is not acting. Any other movie she did, was horrible acting and critics cringed. Her fake accent in Alexander & Beowulf ruined it. Besides, there is no point in talking about her career - IT IS OVER. No one likes an adulterer. No one likes her. Shesiedo dropped her - St. John Dropped her. To associate anything with her is poison. No good movie roles have been offered to her. Like her dad said, she is mentally ill, and not a nice person, but a selfish manipulator. Brad was thinking with his ******. No one cared about her before Brad, and surely no one thinks much of her now.
