Pierce Brosnan: Mamma Mia!
Pierce Brosnan and wife Keely Shaye Smith arrive at the UK premiere of Mamma Mia at the Odeon Cinema, Leicester Square on Monday in London.
Pierce, 55, has been married to Keely, 44, since 2001 and have two sons - Dylan and Paris.
With the filming of Mamma Mia, Pierce thinks he lost some of his macho image, saying “I’m the last person you would expect to see pouncing around in platform shoes, tights and sequins. We had to do all these camp, dainty little moves and try to look butch. That was a challenge.”

I’m pretty sure she knows that she is full figured/big and beautiful. I seriously don’t know why people continue to state the obvious. she might not be in shape but at least she picked a pretty dress/accessories that complement her figure. I don’t think he looks a million times better than her. They both look equally wonderful together.
I love how some of you people are so quick to judge this woman. She’s had children. For all you know she could have a thyroid condition.

Wow, are some of you unaware that loving someone has absolutely nothing to do with appearance? Or at the very least, that it SHOULDN’T have anything to do with appearance. You love someone because of the person that they are. Beauty is just icing on the cake.
No one knows why this woman gained weight over the past decade. Sometimes it happens slowly and you don’t really notice until you’re too far in and then it’s a lot of work to take it off again. If she’s into organic gardening and environmental issues, I have a difficult time believing that she gained weight because she’s sitting on the couch with a large pizza and a bag of cheetos for every meal.
Stop being so freaking judgemental.
I’m sure glad I have more things going on in my life than spending time making cruel comments about people we don’t know anything about. Keely is a lovely woman and every picture I’ve seen she is smiling which is very attractive. Could she stand to lose a little weight? Sure, and so could most of the people on this planet. I don’t
think Pierce looks like he did 10 years ago as well. They are both very goodlooking people who appear very happy together. God bless.

Over 65 percent of the population in the US is overweight. Hollywood’s stars for the most part starve themselves. Many use drugs to maintain a size 0. Yes, Keely, could lose a few pounds, but I for one am happy that Pierce didn’t trade her in for an anorexic, self-serving celebutard. He loves her unconditionally. We should all be so lucky in our lives. She is glowing and looks beautiful. She is wearing an appropriate dress for her size with beautiful accessories instead of a skin tight dress like Jennifer Hudson just wore.. It probably takes a lot of courage to stand beside the former James Bond knowing people are judging her by her weight and not by her accomplishments and who she really is. I have only admiration and liking for her and Pierce as individuals and a couple.
He loves his wife and that’s all that counts. Great for both of them that their love in inside and not what the ‘rags’ wish it to be.

we can make all the comments in the world about keeley’s weight; for as long as we want. but it won’t make any difference. if keeley reads this site, which i personally doubt, she would probably just ignore us all. in her mind, what we think doesn’t matter. we don’t count. all that matters for her is what her husband pierce brosnan thinks.,and he’s made it very clear to the entire world. pierce not only loves his wife at what ever weight she happens to be; but he also happens to be proud of her. look; this man has access to a lot of beautiful slim women on every movie set he works on and every where else he goes. but it’s keeeley he goes home to and it’s keeley that he wants to be with. i think that should speak volumes to everyone.
