Pierce Brosnan: Mamma Mia!

Pierce Brosnan and wife Keely Shaye Smith arrive at the UK premiere of Mamma Mia at the Odeon Cinema, Leicester Square on Monday in London.

Pierce, 55, has been married to Keely, 44, since 2001 and have two sons - Dylan and Paris.

With the filming of Mamma Mia, Pierce thinks he lost some of his macho image, saying “I’m the last person you would expect to see pouncing around in platform shoes, tights and sequins. We had to do all these camp, dainty little moves and try to look butch. That was a challenge.”

I am sure that watching his first wife suffer and die from ovarian cancer taught Pierce that our bodies fail but it is the spirit and heart of a person that makes them who they are. She is a beautiful woman, and far from obese! I have so much respect for him, he truly mourned his first wife and it took him several years to even begin to date after she passed away. He is teaching his children that love is unconditional- we all have frailties. Shame on the haters!!

you cant say who is good for pierce, only him, and he says that keely is the best woman for him.. back off! true that she has weight problems, but weight doesnt define a person..character does…! she may be overweight, but she is beautiful..for shallow people who can’t see the goodness in her..you’re lost…besides, you’re not the one paying for her or any of her things…and for those who have nothing to say nice, better shut up… what if it is you being subjected to such scrutiny? ts ts! hope you can handle the “pressure”…
