Hehehehehehe. Now, AG, you know no week is complete without at least 1 fake birth rumor. Those kids will have supposedly been born about 20 times by the time they actually arrive.

When you have a C-section they INDUCE LABOR first, then perform the C-section. It’s just that the preferred method of doing a C-section is to induce labor so the patient doesn’t dilate too much and the baby(ies) don’t get too far down the birth canal.

________________________________________

WRONG. You don’t know what you’re talking about. There you go again just making things up.

******************************************************************
She is not making things up, and she did say she wasn’t claiming to be an expert. Actually, if you are scheduled to be delivered by C-sec and you happen to go into labor beforehand, they might try to stop the labor or they might go ahead and do the C-sec, depending on the situation. However, if you are scheduled to be delivered by C-sec on a certain date, they don’t induce labor artificially ahead of time, they just do the epidural, then cut and snip.

+++++++++++++++++++

Thanks, Prof! Oh wait…now the loon is going to start questioning how you know what you’re talking about…

BTW - are you saying the 3 women I know who had labor induced before their C-sections didn’t need to have that done? OMFG! They ALL had it done (two of them for the reason I mentioned) - and they don’t have the same doctor either. Egads…the hazards of being a patient at a teaching hospital are unbelievable!

if it’s true,i just that they never look like her she is not beautifull at all, sorry not a fan.they should look like their father

Don’t apologize for not being a fan, someone has to be a hater. As for your comment , I know an excellent physician who can help you with your glaucoma. In your case I’d recommend you have both eyes done at the same time.

Hey Prof -

If you’re still around…would you please explain C-sections to SomeInsanelyStupidBitchChick? Read my explanation in post #77. It’s how my friends & co-workers had their’s done. Now this dumb ho is saying that’s not accurate. Should I tell the ladies who had their done that way to sue their docs?
********************************************************
Hey, PT, yeah I saw that. And yeah, sometimes, like with your friends, they might induce labor beforehand if they are trying to give her a chance at delivering vaginally, and if that doesn’t work out, then snip, snip. So you are not wrong. But in my experience, there are some women who deliver by C-sec and never have to feel a single labor pain.

Whew! Okay…that was close. I’m not sure if any of them tried to deliver naturally first and I’m not going to bug them about it just to satisfy my curiosity. I just know they had C-sections for medical reasons. I try not to know too much info about other women’s uteri. Call me crazy, but that’s just how I am.

Good morning to the JPs fans. I agree with PT and AG I think I will believe the babies are finally here when I see their pictures lol. Just in case it is true; my congrats to Angie and Brad. If not, Angie, this will seem long being pregnant with twins at 7/8 months in July (not so easy), so I hope she is as comfortable as possible. jj thanks for the new thread, and the updates on Angelina and Brad. Love the Jolie- Pitts, love the JPs fans. Hope everyone is having a good day. Hi to all the regulars, MF, guli, anoble, irma, vickifromtexas, alia carolina, ok , no more names come to mind (senior moment) but all you (JP fans) are officially greeted :)

PT we keep missing each other, haha!! There might be a legit reason for your friends being induced beforehand, like maybe they wanted to see if they could go vaginally, but I have no way of knowing….and it could be as you say, the perils of being a patient in a teaching hospital.

Stay well, I say!

Ummm…think I’ll wait for ET to confirm. Just kidding…I’ll wait for Brad & Angie’s reps to confirm before I start congratulating them…
*****************
Lol…my own mode of confirmation is how far apart a certain someone spreads her legs by the pool in her two bit bikini…but yours works too.

So nice to see everyone has a plan in mind. Honestly, us JP fans are so ahead of the game, we are like the Boy Scouts…Always prepared.

I don’t believe this.

Some Chick,

Angelina’s teeth are inherited from her father. They make her smile beautiful and genuine, completely distinguished.

Some Chick @ 07/01/2008 at 11:32 am

Being your typical know-it-all self again. Thank you to Dragonfly for clearing it up. (And you should thank her for sticking up for you even though she knows what you said was really wrong.)

Nobody expects you to be an expert on everything, but you really ought to stop acting like one all the time, you pathetic old hick.

I’ve never heard of this website before, but I just ran across an article that mentions Wanted’s per screen average being better than Wall-E’s. The only problem is…the commenter works for E! They’re constantly up Angie’s ass about stupid stuff…but they now wnnt to play nice and make her the unofficial BO queen? Jerkwads.

http://www.theweekdaily.com/article/index/40694/3/Did_audiences_really_prefer_%E2%80%98WALL-E%E2%80%99_the_robot_to_Angelina_Jolie_in_%E2%80%98Wanted%E2%80%99?.html

Did audiences really prefer ‘WALL-E’ the robot to Angelina Jolie in ‘Wanted’?

What happened
Pixar’s latest animated featured WALL-E, which centers on a mute robot, snagged the number one spot at the box office over the weekend beating Wanted, which stars Angelina Jolie as an assassin. But although WALL-E earned more money, some critics are crediting Wanted with a statistical win.

What the commentators said
“A lonely little robot made millions of friends during the weekend,” said David Germain in the Associated Press, “and even outgunned Angelina Jolie.” WALL-E took in $62.5 million to Wanted’s $51.1 million. And WALL-E “maintains the perfect track record of Pixar”—all nine of their films have been “critical and commercial successes.”

Technically, “pound for pound, Wanted was the bigger film,” said Joal Ryan in E! Online. It debuted in “800 fewer theaters than WALL-E,” and “outgrossed the animated movie by nearly $500 per screen.” Not to mention the fact that “Wanted is rated R, while WALL-E is rated G for ‘good for a kid’s discount.’”

Both movies did really well, said Dean Goodman in Reuters. “Animation giant Pixar scored its ninth consecutive No. 1” with WALL-E, but “Jolie achieved a personal best” for highest grossing film with Wanted, beating “2005’s Mr. and Mrs. Smith, which opened to $50 million.” Together, WALL-E and Wanted helped push overall box office sales “to their highest level of the year.”

Bottom line:

We don’t know Angie’s due date. It has only been said by others, never confirmed by her or Brad.

We don’t know anything about her health status, but she has said she feels great and has alot of energy, so all the stories of bedrest and diabetes, etc… are likely cacadoody.

We don’t know the sex of the babies.

So it looks like we will all just have to wait and see.

Hiya bampzs :)

btw: This news would be so wonderful; but I’m not going to believe anything until Angie announces it herself ;)

Since BDJ is on vacay…here’s another article that I ran across…

http://featuresblogs.chicagotribune.com/entertainment_popmachine/2008/06/radar-has-an-ar.html

Movie stars are so yesterday — unless Angelina Jolie’s got a gun

Radar has an article online and in its magazine asking the question, “Who killed the movie star?”

35639061 Its premise is that aside from Will Smith, every A-lister has proven unreliable in earning back the big bucks that he or she demands.

“Since 2007, with the notable exception of Will Smith, whose upcoming tent-pole flick ‘Hancock’ is enjoying some of the best prerelease buzz of any summer film, virtually every star of note has tanked at the box office, sending a collective shiver down the industry’s spine,” Willa Paskin writes.

And I’m guessing that was written before the bad buzz on “Hancock” started trickling out—though when the movie makes tons of money anyway, that’ll just bolster Smith’s reputation.

The stars whose movies have stiffed include Tom Cruise (“Lions for Lambs”), Adam Sandler (“Reign Over Me”), Jim Carrey (“The Number 23”), Reese Witherspoon (“Rendition”), Brad Pitt (“The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford”), George Clooney (“Leatherheads”), Ben Stiller (“The Heartbreak Kid”) and Will Ferrell (“Semi-Pro”). The article also notes that the once-lethal combination of Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts added up to “a scant $66 million” for the well-reviewed “Charlie Wilson’s War.”

The culprits, in Paskin’s view, are 1) the tabloids that bring the stars down to our level, 2) special effects becoming the true star, 3) actors wanting to stretch instead of banking on their most popular personae, 4) the Internet culture spreading big buzz for celebrity-light films such as “Knocked Up” and 5) audiences’ apparent desire to see stars resembling their celebrity images, like Clooney and Pitt in the “Ocean” movies.

But before you think Paskin, unlike everyone else in Hollywood, has things figured out, keep in mind that she pegs her story to the box-office failure of the Angelina Jolie drama “A Mighty Heart”: “And with that, another shot was fired into the bullet-ridden body of a once-formidable creature: the Movie Star.”

Fast forward to this past weekend, when the new Jolie action movie “Wanted” grossed a surprisingly huge $50.9 million.

The Movie Star lives again!

same chick had her baby through her mouth!again….

Some chick/SAm?ritzy you’re having a meltdown already.LOL.Come on keep showing what your parents taught you.You parents taught you to be a weak, evil, insecure human being.

onmyown @ 07/01/2008 at 11:05 am I feel lucky today ! If this is true. This birth is so anticipated that I joined the birth pool. Mine is July 9th, the closest to that 07-01-birth. The head of surgery, Dr. Oden is on slot 07-11. It’s $ 50.00 per slot of about 250 physicians, anesthetist and surgeons. There are 250 slots, which means $12,500.

I really hope you win the bet, thats a lot of money! It seems like you have a lot of Angie fans in your workplace, thats so awesome.
