Kate Beckinsale takes her daughter Lily Sheen and one of her friends on a shopping trip to Fred Segal in Santa Monica, Calif. on Monday.
Kate, 34, can be seen next year in Nothing But the Truth. The story centers on female newspaper reporter (Beckinsale) who outs a CIA agent and is imprisoned for refusing to reveal her source.
David Schwimmer plays Beckinsale’s husband, who initially supports his wife’s decision not to name names but as time goes by begins to resent her for choosing a principle over her family.

Love Kate! For Once I would just like to see her in a pair of cut off short with flip flops (no wedge). If Kate is going to Rite Aid she looks like she is going to a premier. She overdresses and over accessorizes on a daily basis. It just makes her look like she is trying to hard….and she really doesn’t need to. Bring back the casual Kate.
Her style is great but she always looks miserable in pictures, maybe it’s having the paps around.

I was thinking how fabulous she looked until I saw her shoes. Even dressy thongs would have been better than those wedges she wears all the time. She is still gorgeous though!

14th!!! I love her dress, and wish I could wear things like that around the store to shop. But, I don’t feel comfortable doing that. Good ole dependable me, has to wear jeans or shorts or capri’s or something else tacky or slouchy. She is beautiful though. Maybe I need to start a trend here though. Dress a little nicer and more feminine.
