Just to reiterate what others have said;

This is JJ’s blog, he blogs on different celebrities and the frequency depends on the pictures he gets and what’s going on for those celebrities. He owes nobody anything. Fans go to to the threads of their celebrities and discuss the blog. Should be simple you’ll think?

Last week, a lot of the blogs were all about Rihanna, I like her music but I don’t feel strongly enough to go comment on her thread. I did not go on her thread to ask JJ why he was always posting about her because I realised SHE had a lot going on AT THAT TIME so it was inevitable. As a Vanessa fan, I just camped on her old threads if I wanted to comment on anything. If you check her old threads, the post counts are in the 300/400/600s.

She, Zac and Ashley have finished filming and are now out of Utah after 2/3 months, of course, initially there’s going to be an overkill but fans have had to deal with an absence of blogs about them for a long while. So mutual respect is called for here.

By the way, Vanessa has two hit movies to her name, a third one in October, a fourth one in March, a gold-debut album and has just released a sophomore album. She’s promoting that album now so SHE has a lot going on NOW. It makes sense that she’ll be in the limelight now, once she’s done, she’ll get back to working.

It’s ignorant to say she’s nothing, she is something, she’s won an emmy for her movie, billboard award and teen choice female artist 07. The soundtracks of their movies of which she a significant number of tracks remains the the best selling albums worldwide of 2006 and 2007 and went quadriple platinum. That is some achievement.

Who cares? Her fans care. The blogs are for them to come and appreciate her. She’s had four posts in one day and each of those posts have well over 100 comments. We do care and it’s our prerogative if we want to be fans and spend time on her blogs.

It’s one thing not to like an artist or her work (perfectly acceptable) but it’s highly immature to slate her and her career for no congent reason. It’s sad when it’s adults that should know better.

Vanessa looks adorable as usual, great to see she’s looking rested. I hope she gets a much needed break after her promotions before she embarks on her tour. We’re so proud of you girl!

I gather that the HSM gang are planning a holiday together or something like that from her most recent interview ie pre-TRL appearance. Or is it just her and Zac? Not sure.

naomi, it really is a pleasure to read your comments. Sometimes, I can’t resist taking a jibe/jab at some of the ridiculous and ludicrous comments especially when there is no basis nor grounds for them, like stumpy or ugly, for instance.

Good comments Kristen and Naomi and if any of these people had a conscience or a piece of reasoning power they would not have to be told anything else. But frankly—-and I ‘m sure we all know this—the truth of the matter is these people are not just mean and arrogant, etc, they are perverted. They get a sick perverted pleasure in saying something vile, insulting, or mean, and even something that will make them(the poster) look stupid because they get pleasure out of what is adverse, perverted, or what goes against the norm. They love to feel like they are making people squirm—they love feeling like they have the ability to control people’s emotions. Unfortunately these people never want to control someone in a way that makes that person feel good or have a positive feeling, they want just the opposite—which says a lot for the type personality they have. If they had a sense of right and wrong—or just some decency then if they simply did not like a person’s acting or singing ability and yet felt the need to convey that opinion then they would say it in terms that are logical and on point and never use obscenities or crude remark. When a person has to communicate with another human being in those ways it makes the person commenting the crude, vile, and obscene person. After all, it is in those terms they know how to communicate because it is part of them. It is like stinkin thinkin. Some are just too young( and I think most of the worst comments come from very the very young or the worst of the type person I mentioned above). For those youngsters, I hope someone can get to you and point out the error of your ways before that become a part of your lifestyle.
