you know what’s so funny to me? haters come here and read comments by true fans, and write the same things on chens sites, (god bless jen) bless her for what? being able to hold on to a man? i don’t get that appeal, jen has no news about anything, she has no substance, no looks, no career, what? give me something!! i would respect jen more if she had the decency to know when to throw in the towel, like meg ryan, or julia roberts, michelle phifer, sandra bullocks, those were great actresses, and are still respected, but nooooo!!!!, jen is not known for her acting abilities, but lack of, and how many men she dates, and which ones, oh and #1 pity, pity, pity, so that’s why i love jolie- pits, they give us something to love.

No it’s not. It is Brad and Angie’s way of controlling the frenzy sorrounding the impending birth. Personally, I think they did the right thing so that ET and the rest of the lowlifer rags and entertainment shows can’t spin or weave any story.

Has anybody check that website who accused Angie of using prostethic to pretend being pregnant? I wonder what is her latest spin on this news. She must be crying her eyes out. How can one so insanely stupid?!. No need to answer, ony rethorical question!

NOt always. My sister had c-section but her other 2 babies afer that c-section were born va-gi-na-lly. Geez, people, not all pregnancy and childbirths are the same. Of course with twins, it is safer to have c-section.

Vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) is not uncommon today. The medical practice until the late 1970s was “once a cesarean, always a cesarean” but a consumer-driven movement supporting VBAC changed the medical practice. Rates of VBAC in the 80s and early 90s soared, but more recently the rates of VBAC have dramatically dropped owing to medico-legal restrictions.

Obstetricians and other caregivers differ on the relative merits of vaginal and cesarean section following a cesarean delivery; some still recommend a cesarean routinely, others do not. What should be emphasized in modern obstetric care is that the decision should be a mutual decision between the obstetrician and the mother/birth partner after assessing the risks and benefits of each type of delivery.
