Like Naomi I posted something like this on an earlier thread but I will repeat it here concerning people who have said such horrible things about Vanessa:

The truth of the matter is these people are not just mean and arrogant, they are perverted. they get a sick perverse pleasure in saying something vile, insulting, or wrong, and even things that show their ignorance and stupidity because they get pleasure out of what is adverse, goes against the grain and what is considered the norm. They enjoy feeling like they are making people squirm—that feeling of power that they are controlling another person’s emotions—they like to manipulate.

However, these people never want to control someone in a positive or uplifting way. They want what is negative which says a lot about the type thinking they have. If they had a sense of right and wrong or common decency they would express their “right to their opinion” in a logical way or be on point which could be done in in a decent way. They would not have to use obscenities or crude remarks. When these posters use these tactics they are the ones who prove themselves to be crude, obscene, and vile because those are the only terms and emotions they seem to know. And how you think and how your express yourself is usually how you ARE. I think it is called “stinkin thinkin”.

To make derogatory remarks like greasy, stubby,or dirty without basis is a sure sign of prejudice if not a racial one.

The United States of America is a multi-racial and so-called free country with equal rights, yet I’m amazed at some of the racism that I see on this thread. It is like the Klu klux Clan revived. Don’t forget your forefathers/ancesters were from other parts of the world and that the ones who have the Original rights are the true natives of this vast country. That statement sounds a little resentful to me. Then you made a comment to the effect that any of us fans who loved Vanessa was a lesbian. That is a definite attempt to insult other posters who happen to like Vanessa and you cannot deny that. Then you made comment about how everyone would jump on you about the comment. Wasn’t that what you were aiming for? Did you think you could be so derogatory in your comments where their are fans and not get the kind of response you got? Go to Brad and Angie’s threads and try getting away with that foolishness—they take no prisoners there.

The next post the person wrote called Vanessa a w.hore. What makes her that? Do you actually know what the word means? Do you think that because she may have been intimate with her boyfriend? Are you old enough to have a significant other? Are you intimate? Does that make you a w.hore? Also, about the picture that you refer to as a p.orn pic, do you actually know what a p.orn picture consists of? This was a private matter between two intimate people—something you might know about now or will in the future so you should keep your mouth shut. What two people do together is their business and should be kept private which was suppose to be just that in this case. It was stolen from her and she was the person wronged. It was never meant to insult your sensibilities if you have any. And as far as the comment about the “bush”, are you a pubescent boy who knows nothing about what a woman looks like? It sounds like it to me. If you made that comment and you are a female then that just goes to show how tacky you are—as you look the same way unless you are about 9 years old. But then again no 9 year old would write that kind of stuff.

No, #59, you are the one who started the trouble because you wanted to have your “perverse” plessure in being nasty and negative. None of the things you mentioned had anything to do with whether she was a good or bad singer or if she was a good or bad actress. It really didn’t even consist of an opinion—just hate and insults. And how do you know if she is putting on an act or not? Wonder if she actually is as sweet as she seems, will you feel like a jerk then? Yes, you must be very proud of yourself. Zan Fan#232, In no way are any of us worshipping Zac or Vanessa. I guess you are indeed too young to understand the complexities of the mind and adulthood and values.

For your information, Vanessa would be highly flattered and appreciative to know how many mature/adult fans she has as they’re the ones who will steadfastly support her and are able to reason out her shortcomings. Afterall her parents are her number 1 fans.

We all have lives of our own, jobs, a profession, a family, some with kids, others, boyfriends or girlfriends and yes we do have a social life.
We go online as a pastime very much like one going online to play computer games. I myself have a life and am right now sitting infront of the TV. We are not obssessive but I do feel strongly if I feel someone has been done an injustice and will defend that person the best way I can and in this case it is Vanessa.

You would do well to read all the posts and learn something from it. Vanessa does not have teenage or tween fans only, there are also mature and much older ones who appreciate her. Don’t forget Vanessa is growing out of her teens into young adulthood. And we will still be there for her.

Obviously you have not been reading all the posts for you to conclude as such. The bible was brought in to prove a point about human behaviour, greed, lust, envy, jealousy and hate, in particular.

Hope you are doing well, Boji. Just had another break and was checking back in. I’m sorry that younger people do not understand us “older” fans being so protective of Vanessa or why we are even interested. It’s hard to put certain things into words considering we “oldies” know what it is like to be young—yes, we actually do and since there is nothing new under th sun we have been there and done that which you younger people are just learning about and doing now for the first time. However, you younger people do not know what it is like to be older so you have no clue where we are coming from. Heck, some of you have never even had a job yet or had to worry about paying utilities bills, house payments, car payments, etc. So, how can we explain to you what drives us? But trust me, you will if you are lucky because that means you have lived a fairly long life—hopefully it will even be longer as I don’t see myself as all THAT old yet. When you have lived as long as I have you will find you like different kinds of things. Going out to the movies and to parties and shopping does not hold the same appeal for me as it did when I was under 40.

And also, there are 2 zac fans that post. The zac fan here has her moniker in lower case letters and is younger and then there is ZAC Fan whose moniker is in upper case letters and who is young to me but has been married for quite a while and who did not make the previous comment.

Just popped over to take a peek at Ashley & Jared’s thread and I have to admit I was wrong. There are some horrible remarks and sad to say they’re from the Vanessa/Zanessa tween fans. So I can’t really blame some of the Ashley fans and coming over to do likewise.

Zanfan, Now, is this your idea of a Vanessa/Zanessa fan? One who goes onto other celebrities’ threads making comparisons and being a hater there.

Yay, watching E news and Vanessa’s on again. They showed a short clip of her video and the VJ (a guy) called her a Hottie. She is hard at work to promote her album and getting the neccessary exposure. Am so happy for her.

I dont know, for some reason, I really admire Vanessa and Zac, they seem to be a perfect couple, they seem to have that kind of love, connection and understanding that only two of them know but what we admirers can see and feel. OK …I understand that you have a dispute going on with Steph….but making insulting remarks about someone who isn’t directly involved (ie.Boji) is out of order and completely unnecessary.

I don’t know if you’ve commented on JJ before,but you must know after yesterday that Vanessa has a big group of supporters here,they stick up for each other as much has they do for Vanessa.

Before I turn in I just want to make it clear just in case nobody knows this: I’ve been doing some checking and our troublemaker (smiley/unsmiley) has been on EVERY Vanessa post the past couple days and has tried to pick fights with anyone that seems a willing opponent. She/he tried to get Troy to do the same as Steph but she wasn’t too good at reading his/her target there and the bait didn’t work. So, what does this tell us about this person?? As I have been saying they are desperately wanting attention. It kind of reminds of a tiger(cough) we used to deal with on these threads until he didn’t get any attention EVER, so off he went to find someone else to bait. This one is trying just as hard to do the same things and becomes more desperate with time which Tony did too.
