Vanessa Hudgens pampers herself at the “Treats for The Face ” spa in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Thursday.
The 19-year-old High School hottie is taking a much needed break after her trip to New York and before her schedule kicks up again.
Her boyfriend and co-star Zac Efron recently shared his thoughts about V’s dancing, saying, “Vanessa’s definitely the stronger dancer. If I forget the next move, she’ll lead me! We have to help each other, that’s what we do.”

Don’t hold your breath for a Zanessa sighting. Zachary’s up here in SLO for the holiday weekend, catching up with his family and friends. She doesn’t come with him when he comes home. He leaves his “show business” life behind and reconnects with the real world.
Ashley what are you talking about!.. She’s probly exhausted i mean she did all those promotional shows 2 or 3 days right after she rapped up HSM 3 . i don’t think she woulda had the time to rehearse her song with her dances live .. it’s different on stage than in music videos..
In fact V is the least person that has to be blamed if her album does bad .. the people to blame are Hollywood Records. they pay absouloutley no attention to someone that actually has talent .. They didnn’t pay a single cent on Sneakernight ..instead the payed a bunch of money to get Nick that motorboat in burnin up. and to pay for all those stupid teddy bears in miley cyrus’s 7 things. they didn’t pay at all for V’s video..
She’s on the worst possible label to be on! . but she did her best to get her album out there and to promote her album .. ESPECIALLY when she barely had time to . i mean she had a crazy schedule .. and thank god her album was pushed to July 1 instead of June 24th .. No one woulda even known about it . She did her best . and her fans are the ones that are gonna pick up the slack and spread the word about her album despite the lack of effort on Hollywood records.

I’m sure she’s wearing the jacket because planes are cold and the car she’s in has the AC on high because it’s 80 degrees in Calif.
I always wear a jacket when I fly and it’s easier to wear it than carry it, especially if you’re running into a shop and back into the car.
BTW, that spa is only about 6 miles away from home.

I’m becoming more leery about the reported sighting of Zac and Vanessa and them going to get something to eat, etc. IF Zac got her from the airport—which he has never done before—then where is he now? She’s still dressed in the same clothes she was wearing when arriving at LAX. IF Zac picked her up and she is only 6 miles from home in this picture, I doubt that a pap who got his picture would have failed to be on the outlook for Zac too and if he was anywhere around the pap would have taken a picture of him.
So, what’s my point? I think the source of this sighting saw that Vanessa was back in LA and assumed Zac and her would be hooking back up and figured they would print that they were back with each other and went to get a snack. They probably thought if she was back in town it stood to reason they would be getting together and what they wrote wasn’t hurtful or harmful to anyone so what the heck? Those little bits of “news” probably happen a lot but are completely baseless and that is why we never get any pictures of such events Plus, the way it was worded was a little vague—it didn’t actually say they were spotted it said she was back in LA where the two met up of however they put it. So it might be a guess on their part but figured everyone would love reading it.

I realize that a lot of Vanessa haters don’t like to admit it, but Vanessa is part of Zac’s real world. A big part.
He has taken her to his parent’s house many times in the three years they have been together. That doesn’t mean he takes her every time he goes.

Still, I wish Vanessa would dump Zac and hook up with someone like Chris Brown. Someone who would treat her like a queen and not be ashamed of their relationship. This sweet girl deserves so much better than Zac.
She’s always defending Zac and the stupid rumors about him. When has he ever come to her defense?
Tami, that’s ridiculous. Zac has stuck by her through the scandal which was a huge thing to ask of him. After the photos had leaked, when he came back from Hairspray promo, he didn’t go home to shower or shave he went straight to her (at midnight) and took her to McDonalds. He does treat her really well. And Zac doesn’t get asked about rumours about Vanessa nowhere near as much as Vanessa gets asked about him.
Anyway, I love this outfit so much. She’s such a beaut. x

Tami and Laura - I guess the truth of the matter lies somewhere in between. The press knows and Zac has told them that he does not discuss his private life. He also said that it was “sacred ground,” so even if they ask, he will not answer, and if the paps ask, he simply ignores them.
Vanessa has the same option, but while she will say she doesn’t like to talk about her private life, she can’t help but defend Zac when the press makes up such ridiculous stories about him. She wants to set the record straight then and there because she is that kind of person.
These two really care about each other and have a strong connection or bond that would be hard to break. They know when to give the other space and also when to be there for each other.

Unless you know Zac personally how can you say that Chris Brown would treat Vanessa any better than Zac does.
With Zac I don’t see someone who is ashamed of his relactionship with Vanessa but someone ( and I don’t know Zac personally) who beelives that relactionships are between two people and if they choose to share that with only family and close friends then that’s not being ashamed that’s just natural after allit’s nobody’s buisness but their’s.
Vanessa’s not a child anymore and if she is happy with how Zac treats her and she seems happy enough then who are any of us to say that she should dump Zac. As it’s been said before both Zac and Vanessa have had enough opportunity’s to go and find someone else if they wanted to and they have’nt and I’m sorry but if it was me and I was’nt happy in my relactionship I would’nt stay with that someone for nearly 3 year’s.
Action’s speak louder than words and you only have to look at video’s, pictures and hear them talk about each other to know that they have something special that they want to keep private as much as possible, that’s not being ashamed that’s caring about what you’ve found in each other and want to build on it without people sticking their nose’s in.
To me people just are’nt happy becuase they choose not to grope each other in public, make out everytime a camera is aimed at them just to prove to everyone that they are for real.
Yes they are slightly more open now and have kissed at the game in Utah but why not their bf/gf for heaven’s sake why should’nt they show each other affection when THEY want to it’s called being a couple.

Vanessa seems more outspoken and likes to put everything on the line but she has told more than one interviewer that she doesn’t like to talk about her personal life. Both times that I know where she went to Zac’s defense was over silly rumors like how Zac supposedly not showering for days or how he freaked out about a Zit and wouldn’t attend Stella’s birthday party. In the one situation she was asked about the shower during an interview for a magazine and the other one was when she was on an empty street in DC at Christmastime being followed around by a pap who asked her about this. In that video you could tell she was disgusted over such a rumor so she corrected it. However, I think if she was asked about some rumor that was a little more intimate, that would be a different story and she would probably not say anything about that either just like Zac wouldn’t say anything about when the picture ordeal came out. I think Zac felt resentful that anyone would dare try to cross a line and want him to talk about such a private matter between someone he clearly loved and was devoted to. I think he just doesn’t feel like it is anyone business. I would imagine he knew his actions at that time would speak louder than words—he never once even acted like he would go off and leave her because of this. And why should he? If this happened before they got together it was none of his business and if the pic was for him it would be pretty awful if he did run the other way. I don’t think he is that type person. I think it said more that he was dignified and refused to talk about it like he was trying to make excuses, etc. His silence and him not turning tail and running was a defense all in itself of Vanessa. It spoke volumns if you ask me. As bad as everyone tried to make it, he was never away from her side nor did he act like it fazed him at all. It said he lover her no matter what anyone thought. BTW, no matter what he would say to some of these people that call her horrible name would change their minds because like these boards, some people just want to trash her for whatever reason. Also, if these type people would know that it irritated him what they said about her, then they would try to goad him all the time.

In Vanessa’s interview with Seventeen magazine she says about Zac
“He always makes me happy…”. That says a lot about their relationship. Can you say your significant other always makes you happy? And I’m sure she get mad at him at times but if she feel that happy where this young many is concerned then I seriously doubt she feel like he is acting like he is ashamed of their relationship—-which I don’t understand how anyone can feel that way—-nor does it sound like she is not getting support from him.

I to am sure that they get mad at each other at time’s famous or not it’s only natural that you have little niggles with each other at times no matter how long you’ve been with your other half, but Vanessa know’s that she has Zac’s support, love and trust and visa versa now that’s what count’s and what make’s a relactionship work and contiune to work and I also thing a big part is that they don’t smother each other but at the same time know that they are their for each other when it count’s.
I think Zac was brilliant how he handled the photo incident as I said before he could have left her then, gone shouting his mouth off to the press but he did’nt he gave V support and while he was promoting HS you could tell by some of the photo’s his mind was else where becuase his eye’s looked sad in some. But he knew he had a job to do and as you said Karen as soon as it was over he was straight back to Vanessa with his contiuned support and has been since.
The press only want Zac and Vanessa to divulge personal information so that it can get twisted round to sell more paper’s,the fact that they won’t not only I imagine bugs them which is why silly rumours are made up but also bugs certain people who like to slag off Vanessa every chance they get.
I hope she has a great time touring and that Zacdoes get to go to some of her shows especially the one’s with Corbin.

I always imagined them as Vanessa claimed in the Special Thanks section of her CD cover that they always have each other’s back, in other words they always support each other no matter what and stand by each other’s side in better and worse. Okay first of all. The Jonas brothers nothing but talentless losers, with a big L. Sorry, they have nothing on Vanessa. Same thing goes for Miley Cyrus, I think just the teen crowds are into her. I don’t think any real adults are into Miss Cyrus. Vanessa is what hollywood records, needs to start focusing on. Her songs are great, and at my radio station here in Los Angles, that song has been requested many times and it is number 4 on the countdown of our top 8 at 8. I should I know I’m the DJ there.

My advice for you all: stop comparing people! How could you compare two individual human beings? You can compare careers, ideas and work but only if the people compared happen to do the exact same thing, like making the exact same movie with the exact same circumstances that is highly unbelievable. Otherwise comparisons are not valid.
You are allowed to like different people but stick to “your” person and do not bring others down just to prove your point. Because insulting others will only result in being the evident proof that you are out of your reasonable ideas. And believe me, your own opinion will not change the perspective of others.
Now, now children stop fretting. Zac is back home with his family so don’t expect to see him with her too soon. They are never together when he is here because he keeps his Hollywood life and his home life pretty much seperate.

I guess most of you are still asleep. Well, as to Zac keeping his homelife and his hollywood life separate, since when did he have a Hollywood Life, may I ask? He is not the clubbing or hard partying type and neither is Vanessa. Both of them are very family oriented. It is perfectly fine for Zac to spend some time with his family and Vanessa with hers having been away for so long. We mustn’t forget that they’ve been spending time together for a good 2 months or more, living under the same roof and seeing each other every day. As Vanessa indicated it is healthy for her to have her own life and friends and not get completely lost in her bf’s. I totally agree with her.

Thanks Buddy for the info but it wasn’t really necessary. We know Zac’s a great guy and true friend, we see constantly how he takes care of Vanessa and how protective he is of her. It doesn’t hurt though, to keep hearing it. It just confirms what we know.
As we’ve also seen them spend time in each other’s home and with each other’s family, heard them say their relationship is private and heard Zac say their relationship is between them and sacred, we’re secure in their relationship and don’t need to see pictures of every single time they spend together to be happy (though we appreciate it when we do) so your caution was also unnecessary and false. I wouldn’t say Malia is assuming anything. There are clearly two commenters on this thread that stated for a fact that Zac was in SLO and both commenters were making a dig at Vanessa. I would recommend you check your facts before reprimanding someone else.
Yes, naomi, I don’t know what was said on VABM but the posters Kendra and Buddy on JJ were clearly saying Zac was in SLO and they were in their not so subtle way insulting Vanessa. So, that definitely was a lie.
I want to say this is one a great news of them for me today, where I’m working and lots of things to do on a Saturday, It surely gives me some additional strength to finish the day :)
Btw.. Is it just me or is Zac wearing something like the “precious” one on his finger? I cant stop focusing my eyes on pics 1 & 15… not really sure though, I could be wrong.
