Nicole Kidman Welcomes Daughter Sunday Rose
Nicole Kidman and her country superstar husband, Keith Urban, welcomed a daughter on Monday morning in Nashville, Tenn.
“Husband Keith was by Nicole’s side, and mother and baby are very well,” spokesman Paul Freundlich told People.
This is the first child together for Nicole, 41, and Keith, 40. Nic has two other children with her ex-husband Tom Cruise: Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13.
CONGRATS TO THE HAPPY COUPLE!!!
UPDATE: Nicole and Keith named their daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban! She weighed in at 6 lbs, 7 oz.

I like the name, Rose is wonderful and Sunday is different but a good choice!
these celeb baby names…I wonder if they ever care to think how the name will affect the child as they grow older…just because they’re celeb babies, it doesn’t mean they are exempt from teasing and ridicule…plus they may grow up completely away from the spotlight where their name could be an issue…I wish some of these celebs would think first before picking out the first unusual name they run across…personally, I think most of them follow the lead of others before them…it’s almost a requirement now for a celeb to come up with a unique name…unfortunately, the ones who suffer are the children who have to live with the name forever…and now the celebs seemed to have drained the unique name database and people like Nicole are left picking at weekdays or something completely nuts…I find it completely idiotic rather than unique…I also could name my kids Thursday, Friday, etc. Not a whole lot of intelligence there…
#92 Jen @ 07/07/2008 at 12:26 pm ,Someone needs to lay off the tabloids.Bella and Conner choose to live with Tom because they like LA better than Nashville.They are of age to have a legal say in where they live.Nicole really had NO choice in the matter.This was reported in the People magazine article that announced her pregnancy.But we all know which version sells better,the one that paints Nicole as a crappy Mom who dumped her adopted kids for a man.

that’s not our bussiness the name. If Keith and Kidman chosed it, just respect it…. I don’t like it either but i think the most importante thing now is giving congratulations to the parents.

Anyone who knows Keith’s music knows the significance of the Sun to he & Nicole. I am aure it has a very special meaning to them. Just as Harlow Winter Kate does to Joel Madden & Nicole Richie.
Congratulations!!! I’m happy that Nicole has given birth to a Little baby girl… I don’t like the name Sunday, but I think that her Second name is perfect because her mother is sooo beautifull. I think that the baby will look like her mother!!

Somewhere in TN some teen handed her baby over to Kidman, it’s as simple as that. Of course a birth announcement was going to come, she faked 9 months of pregnancy. what was she going to do announce that her surrogate just popped. Flame on fangurls.

There are some very strange celebrity names out there that I don’t love. Most parents name their children something that they love or that means something to them. It’s a very personal choice, don’t you think? Sunday Rose doesn’t sound like a random name they just picked out for no reason.

Leave it to the worshippers to say that “Sunday” is a beautiful and normal name. You can never admit the obvious with these two, and it is obvious that Sunday is a strange name for a boy or a girl. It is an odd name the way many other Hollywood children have weird names.
i can’t believe there are still some who think she faked the pregnancy. why do that when surrogacy would have given them even more attention? anyway, sunday rose is a very pretty, unique name, and congrats to them.
