OlderVanessa Hudgens: I’m a Hopeless Romantic
On-and-off-screen lovers Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are no longer hiding their relationship, reports USA Today.
Zac and Vanessa, aka Zanessa, were openly affectionate on the set of High School Musical 3: Senior Year, from wrapping their arms around each other to splitting a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
“Life imitates art,” says [director and choreographer] Kenny Ortega. “It doesn’t hurt us that Zac and Vanessa have a connection. When Zac and Vanessa first auditioned for me, they didn’t know each other. But the chemistry those two kids share was just there. It has always been there.”
Vanessa, 19, is a believer of her chemistry on-screen with Zac. “I’m such a hopeless romantic,” she says. “You can feel the emotions Gabriella has for Troy. Zac and I have done three movies together now, and we can basically do anything in front of each other. We’re so comfortable, we’re not afraid to take chances.”
All Zac will say about his real-life romance is, “I’m glad Troy and Gabriella’s relationship comes across as real.”

Yes, yes, yes. The chemistry is so evident in this pic, anyone must be blind to miss it. I do believe every word Zac utters as what he says he gives it alot of thought and Vanessa is more spontaneous in her answers. They do so compliment each other, she’s more bubbly and outgoing and he more serious. Didn’t anyone notice Vanessa does make good friends easily and Zac seems more cautious. She has all the qualities that Zac wants in a woman. Well, theyre now into the 4th year of their relationship and that says alot esp. when I see them still so affectionate without being too overt like heidi/spencer.
There are so many successful love stories amongst our posters who began at a very young age so why not Zac and Vanessa!?. Anyway, I do wish them all the best as a couple and may they last the distance and have a very happy ending.

sorry sweet vanessa, if all he can say is he’s glad the relationship comes off as real, that doesn’t sound so convincing. he is going to hurt you because it seems you are more into him then he is into you. you may be a hopeless romantic but he is just toying with you and doing a great acting job.
look how into his co-star he was last year in HS. my goodness on interviews and premiers as well as candids with her you would swear they too were in love.
zac is still young and should be free to just have fun and experience relationships with lots of girls and just have have good old fashioned fun hanging out with friends with no strings attached………and I predict he will very soon.

lol, how old are you? 12? obviously, since you know nothing about relationships. heres something that might shock you, there are some people out there who actually prefer long term relationships to short ones. not eveyrone likes to play the field.
and, fyi, zacs always played coy when it comes to his relationship with vanessa. vanessas more outspoken, zacs a private person, hes said so like, hundreds of times he doesnt like talking about his relationships. thats actually a good thing, it means that his relationships mean more to him than just a quick fling.
vanessa and zac have been together for 3 years, thats a fact. you wouldnt spend 3 years with someone if you didnt at least like being around them. did u ever think that maybe zac actually likes vanessa, and just doesnt want to be blunt about it? woah! another shocker!

posting false information or commenting without thinking would not get you attention either. I don’t think anybody is deliberately treating you as a hater. Fans just post sensible comments without needing anybody to reply. You can choose to agree with someone else or just contribute your own comments. Just keep them sensible. Speak for yourself. I’ve never seen any candids with Zac and his HS co-star. As an adult who’s seen and experienced romances, I could so tell that they were promoting a movie and had no deeper connection other than friendship. I didn’t need the apparent lack of contact immediately promotion ceased or inability to take a picture together at subsequent public events where both have been in attendance to prove that.
I’m sure having dated Zac for three years, both pre and post HS (including attending the premieres with him), and still going strong, Vanessa knows him a lot more than you can gather from one public statement and really stands in no need of your advice.
I’m also certain Zac knows more than you what he wants and has already gone for that, but feel free to predict away, no harm done.

Keri#160, I’m sorry you are such a cynic . I guess, you’re one of those who wants Zac to be either single or be with someone else other than Vanessa. There is nothing wrong with Zac’s statement as to being glad that Troy and Gabriella’s romance comes across as real. I feel we are nitpicking here as usual. And I can’t see their relationship as being jaded and will end anytime soon like others we’ve seen. The problem in a long term relationship going wrong occurs when taking each other for granted. Being comfortable with each other just shows how in sync they are.

#160 If you read the ariticle closely it would be obvious that Zac is talking about the relationship between Troy and Gabriela their characters. He does NOT talk about the relationship between him and Vanessa and everybody knows that.
So if you really think that’s somehow a point in favor of Zac and Vanessa not being real or not lasting alll I can say is try again because that’s not going to cut it.
