Vanessa Hudgens dishes on music, movies and boyfriend Zac Efron to ABC’s Good Morning America Radio. Here are some of the highlights from her interview:
On her fans backing her up after the nude photo scandal hit: “My fans were amazing because they have stood by my side. They really are my core group. My family’s always there for me. I just surround myself with good people and try to think of good things.”
On how she felt when the photos first hit the Internet: “I think people thought I took it lighter than I really did. For me, it was really tough because I’m a private person and for something like that at to happen, it’s so mean. It’s just a horrible thing. It sucks. But thankfully it’s over and it’s in the past.”
On who leaked her nude photos: “Stupid people.”
On how her relationship is with Zac Efron: “It’s good, thank you.”

awwww. Vanessa is so cute! i love her! They should not have titled this story or video “Vanessa hudgens: Zac Efron Is Doing Okay!” because she barley even talks about Zac. People need to stop asking her about zac because she never says anything new about him and i dont blame her because its none of their business anyway!
By the way I thought this was one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen her give. I thouight she handled the questions about the scandal with poise and professionalism even though I thought it was clear from her expressionj she definitely did NOT want to talk about it.
And I long suspected that ti was “stupid people:” who leaked that picture and I’m glad that Vanessa finally confirmed those suspicions.
i love zaneesssaa soo much, y cant either of them both say a little bit more about there relationship were not asking them about there sex life, just lil things would be cool to know about them.

Yes, Vanessa handled that interview with grace, poise and dignity. Kudos to her.
I do find it odd that no interviewers EVER ask Lindsey Lohan, Vanessa Minello or Paris Hilton about their NUMEROUS nude pictures that floated all over the Internet. NEVER.
But they ALWAYS have to ask Vanessa about her ONE mistake.
Why do these news people and immature little haters on here focus on Vanessa’s ONE mistake and ignore the MANY mistakes of other girls?
Look inside yourselves and ask why?
She is amazing and she handled herself realy well. I am so glad her and Zac don’t talk about their realtionship, because its theirs, not ours, we don’t need to know about it. V will go onto do great things, she has acomplished so much in such a short space of time. SHe trurly is a beautiful person, and really is someone to admire.
It is how one handles a mistake that shows one’s true character.
And Vanessa Hudgens has character with a CAPITAL C.

I’m sure the situation made Vanessa step back and reevaluate whom she could trust.

i find haters on vanessa threads saying the same thing over and over again.
they find one, maybe two reasons to hate on her and then repeat it.
i dont think keeping her relationship to herself is fake.
actually, i think its quite real.
after she comes out and say she is totally and utterly in love with zac
they will be in the front cover of every magazine saying
“relationship on the rocks?”
zac and vanessa’s relationship is not for publcity,

To all the haters on this thread, what makes you think you’re so much better than Vanessa? Who are you to judge her when you don’t know 100% what happened regarding the picture scenario? I’m sure if you look at yourself, you will find that you’re not perfect either. Now, what would you have done if someone you trusted took a private photo that you sent to them in complete trust and put it out on the internet for the world to see? How would that make you feel?
I really admire Vanessa for the way she handled the whole situation. She admitted that it was a picture of her, apologized to fans, and with strength and courage, with a smile on her face ventured forth anyway in pursuit of her dreams. Kudos also to Zac for standing by her side and giving her strength and always having her back (as stated in her CD insert). They’re both amazing!

Private… i’m so sick of how people are interpreting this…
This is what i see it as… She means private as in, she doesn’t want to announce her personal life to people she doesn’t know. She is private in the way she doesn’t want strangers knowing about her personal life. however, she isn’t so private with peoole close to her and knows her personally. She is private in that sense.

That one photo and a few risque photos taken at a time when she was young, a moment of hormonal/ emotional madness(self discovery) was meant for only one person and unfortunately was perpetrated by probably persons known to her who for fun or was out to destroy her out of jealousy, did the unthinkable by posting on the internet.
We the fans have stood by her and supported her through this turmoil and with much prayer ( I know, I did) she pulled through without so much as a scratch with Zac steadfastly by her side. We felt for her and her parents and we knew what they must have been going through. And, thank God (literally) she has become stronger and wiser.
I would say the perpetrator unknowingly did Vanessa a favour in garnering her more fans who admired her for her tenacity and empathised with her . She has kept her dignity throughout and that is part of why we so like her.
To all the haters who feel the need to
post rude comments instead of just ignoring the post, build a f*cking bridge
and get over it! Vanessa made a mistake.
