Miley Cyrus Does a Surfboard Switch
Miley Cyrus throws on her blonde Hannah Montana wig and a blue and white Hawaiian dress to film a surfboard scene in Malibu, Calif., on Thursday for the much-anticipated Hannah Montana: The Movie.
The 15-year-old Disney tween queen was held up high on the surfboard by four hunky surfers. Looks like Miley was enjoying every second of it!
FYI: If you’re unfamiliar with the show Hannah Montana, Miley Stewart (played by Miley Cyrus) is an average teenage school girl by day and a famous pop singer named Hannah Montana by night. She conceals her real identity from the public, other than her close friends and family.

just because you “Sell more merchandise than your contemporaries ‘ does not mean you have more talent , especially when the average age of her fan base is 10 years old.. they have a tremendous buying power.. but little judge of talent, plus her image is being marketed and exploited by Disney..
I think that she is a very pretty/cute young teen.
With that said, could someone please yank off that hideous wig- her “resemblence” to Anna Nicole is very upsetting!

she is statted before she feels insecure, and not so pretty all the time, and it’s call ” CONFIDENCE” she has a lot of confidence and is doing amazingly fine,
“you don’t know her so how can you love her?”well let’s see I actually know her, we are not friends but everytime I meet her she is nice and polite, and I can really say, she that aside all of her mistakes she has a Great head over her shoulders, other wise all of those celebs who know her wouldn’t even support her 200%, there is TAYLOR SWIFT who even got into a major discussion with a reporter who asked her about Miley’s VF pics.
#1 reason I am a MILEY FAN, she lets you know she is not perfect, and that even she has a bad side sometimes. ( she gets grounded, and she is ’spoiled’)
#2 she is real in her interviews she talks about stuff not teen stars talk like the fact that she fights back at ehr mom, how her mom trew her cell phone out the balcony, and a lot of funny stuff)
#3 she is mature enough, and has a goffy site, she is not afraid of making a fool out of herself, and most important to me, She is real, like I said, every time I see her she is nice, and not in a Hypocrite way(cought*Selena*cought)

The reason why there are more haters here has nothing to do with Miley’s music. I’ve been to sites where there were more people who loved Miley than hated her. It’s just that Miley is so big right now that as her number of fans increase so does the number of people who don’t like her and they tend to congregate, as on this site. She’ll continue to be a target and be criticized for every little thing she does, good or bad. But this is the price any celebrity pays who’s reached her level of fame.
If you really want an accurate reading of how popular Miley is do a search on Google and you’ll find her numbers are higher than any other teen star. Of course, things can change, but for now she’s actually THE most popular teen in the world.
As far as her music is concerned - she has already proved herself with hit after hit of Hannah Montana songs and both hannah albums reaching number one on billboards and i-tunes. Also, her Miley songs are doing very well, with “7 Things” still climbing and already number one on “Teen Scoop.” Given all these accomplishments, I say she might just be the best teenage singer and songwriter out there. She’s at least the most prolific. Also, she’s a credible actress with a good instinct for comedy.
But of all that shouldn’t be so surprising. The people at Disney knew what they were getting when they hired her. They DON”T pick kids who have no talent. Trust me - no one in his right mind would do that when there’s the potential to make million of dollars. You just don’t screw around with that kind of money - hence their warning to her to be “a good girl.” But the point is - Miley really is a rare talent. Disney’s backup plan - Selena and Demi - are also very talented , or again, Disney wouldn’t have hired them, but these two have yet to prove they can sell out concerts. Miley already has.
As far as Miley’s behavior is concerned, she hasn’t changed. She’s grown. Some of us probably haven’t. I think she has become a more mature singer.
Wonder how many days filming at the beach will take up.

Do you guys really consider bashing a 15 year old girl that is a rolemodel to most kids (including me) smart. It’s her life, let her do what she wants to do with it. If you don’t like it, oh well. And I’ll bet you people don’t even care if she’s being a good rolemodel and if you think she is such a horrible person, just let her be, don’t act like you’re so innocent and that you never do anything wrong. And btw, I’m 11, so obviously, she’s not bothering many kids my age cause i’m a HUGE fan.

disney doesn’t put people on tv, in movies, and in concerts who don’t have talent. they do their homework and they know when they have struck gold, as in miley cyrus. the girl will rule the entertainment world in a few years and you annoying haters will be ragging on some other up-and-coming talent. miley rocks!

i’m so shocked with all the people that seem to dislike her, are these adults or teens, because who is watching her show and selling out her concerts that keeps her in the public eye? definitely not me, i’m more of a kim possible, that’s so raven kind of girl, well i’m 25, but forever young in my mind, adulthood sucks
Miley is SO unbelievable… You would not have think she would be this way. I know everyone makes mistakes but I dont think she is very innocent. Her parents taught her nothing. For girl celebs they make it when ppl call them immature names like **** or say that they are ugly. And for guy celebs they are automatically gay.
