Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt — Brad and Angelina’s Twins?

Here’s another unconfirmed report!

This time, the Nice-Matin newspaper quoted Angelina Jolie’s gynaecologist, saying that the actress has given birth to healthy twins, a girl and a boy, via caesarian section in a French Riviera maternity clinic.

The twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, were born shortly before 8:00 pm (1800 GMT) on Saturday, the paper said quoting gynaecologist Michel Sussmann.

One of these publications has got to get it right someday, right?

If the news is true, the hospital said the news will appear soon on its website at Lenval.org.

I don’t know what to believe anymore. This is beginning to sound so plausible, but I’m trying to tamper down my joy for this most blessed and wondrous event in case it isn’t.

Twins can either be monozygotic (MZ, colloquially, “identical”) or dizygotic (DZ, colloquially, “fraternal”). There are estimated to be approximately 125 million human twins and triplets in the world (roughly 1.9% of the world population), and just 10 million monozygotic twins (roughly 0.2% of the world population and 8% of all twins).[2]

I’m so happy for them, and love the names!
If they had infertility issues, it is their business alone. ANY degree of infertility is painful and very private. FYI, at times, medications (like Clomid) are given when there’s just a minor issue with ovulation. Then there’s a slightly higher rate of multiples. I highly doubt she had IVF, as the pregnancy with Shiloh was very recent. In-vitro is invasive and no picnic–truly a big under-taking.
But honestly, who cares how the babies came to be? As all new parents, I’m sure they are just busy falling in love with their babies.
